Highly professional, 1 single salesperson for 4 customers at the same time was stupid, 2 customers left in exasperation. New Balance sneakers require a lot of advice, I understand the frustration when you have to pay extra for them.

Very nice New Balance store with very friendly and competent advice. Even though it was already closed, we were still allowed in :-) There are training and running shoes in the basement. I think I'll get another pair myself 😊

very good advice! attentive, kind and at the same time unobtrusive. can explain the cut and characteristics of each model in detail. The selection in the shop itself is not that big, but additional models and colors are shown on the computer, which can be in the shop within 2 days upon request.
