We had the liveliest stay at the Fleming Hotel. We came with a 3-month-old baby, and they provided us with a baby crib and a bag of goodies filled with cute baby items. They assisted us throughout our stay and supplied everything we needed. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is more than ample. Plus, it's only about a 20-minute walk from all the must-visit places in Vienna. We highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a week over the Christmas holiday at your hotel and enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the size of the room which was very small, tight to get around and not much space to put luggage, hang clothes or sit down. The location of the hotel is very good, walkable to most things and the tram is right there. The service at breakfast was very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant once. Please note that Sebastian is not only a good waiter but also a good man. I think you're lucky to have him.

The hotel is very modern with a relaxed atmosphere. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful; they helped make our stay a very special one especially as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The room was exceptional with views across the city which we really appreciated. It was cleaned regularly and there was nothing to fault. The staff at breakfast were also fantastic as they greeted everyone with a smile each morning and were happy to help in any way possible. Overall, a fabulous Viennese hotel in a great location which I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the shower pressure was good, the location was terrific for walking around or getting to transit easily. The best part is that the hotels a free “sleepy time” package that includes herbal tea and sleep masks. Would recommend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Excellent stay at a very spacious and clean room. The breakfast was really good with many options and fresh ingredients. The reception staff was very polite, always happy to help. The location is not exactly in the center but with 20min walk you can be anywhere in the center which was really good for us as we enjoyed our strolls around the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quiet hotel close enough to the city center!

Big rooms with nice view above 4th floor. Good location. Only negative relates to the showers. Showers are open to the room with glass, curtains do not cover the glasses but separate the room in 2, allowing one to be on the beds and the other showering. You cannot go to the bathroom without crossing the shower. You cannot wash your hands without crossing the shower. Toilet is a normal room with a little ventilation whole.

The hotel met our expectations. Clean, comfortable room, beautiful view of Vienna from the balcony, very good breakfast, friendly staff, great location. I recommend this hotel as there are no negatives.

The hotel has four stars but deserves five stars from every aspects. Especially thanks to Miss Nina and Deysi and all other stuff for their kind interest. I Just want you to make larger the breakfast area. Thank you for everything and hope to see you again soon. Best regards.

We had a pleasant stay with my daughter. Easily accessible location, nice hotel and good memories. Thanks to all for gentle efforts, which contributed to a quite satisfactory stay.

Lovely rooftop room with a balcony and city view was worth the extra money for us for a few days. Comfortable bed and everything fit in the small space well. Love the novelty of the glass shower in the room. Later hours on the sauna would be awesome. Hallway and mini-bar refill service was a little loud but not a deal-breaker.

Nice staff working here, but training and their procedures need improvement. Over an 8 night stay: - My room didn’t have a “do not disturb sign” and they never brought me one upon request. - there was trash still left in the garbage bin when I checked in. - guests fill out a document to determine how much housekeeping you want, and I requested once every two days, but they still showed up everyday, coming into my room while I’m inside also, partly because I didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign. - shower leaks onto the bedroom floor as a result of poor maintenance and the layout of the room. - only one coffee machine at breakfast so the queue gets long. - the morning I checked out, three employees tried to perform housekeeping prior to check-out. Not sure if this was a lack of communication or training, but I assume cleaning of a room would occur after check-out. Usually they have a document with this list. This also is a waste of time for the employees. Again, really nice people working here. It’s not their fault these things happened. I put the blame on management and improper training. That being said, the room was also tiny - I had a twin bed with no room for storage, and the shower sits right in the middle of the room on its own. Weird setup. The best part about the hotel is the lovely bar/brasserie where they have a lot of interesting books, chess table, and comfortable seating. But, I won’t be staying here again. There are plenty of other hotels in Vienna where these discrepancies do not occur.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the reason I give this hotel 3 stars is the following. The good: Great location. The number 2 tram takes you to many of the top locations in the city and the stop is literally right outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Many food options and overall pretty pretty good. Typical breakfast options like eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables, fruits, pastries, breads and various spreads. They even had smoked salmon! We were happy with the room layout. Room was clean when we received it. We like to go over the room when we check in and happy to see that it was clean. Shower was excellent. Ok, now to the things we didn't particularly like and thought could improve... Before we arrived, I sent an email to the hotel asking for a quiet room, meaning a room away from the elevators, a room that isn't facing any bars/restaurants that could make noise at night, and I preferred a top floor room because of the noise of footsteps from above. When we checked in, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor overlooking a courtyard that a school uses. When we entered the room, the noise was incredible. We closed the windows and it did a pretty good job of cancelling out the noise, but that only lasted a little bit until some kids came to play basketball and closing the window didn't really help with that. Not really sure why they thought a quiet room means a room looking over a courtyard. While the breakfast was good, the line for coffee was always long. They have one coffee machine for the guests and one that the breakfast employees use. They do offer to bring you the coffee, rather than wait, however, you then need to grab their attention to order it. Its not the biggest room, so you might have to share tables, or wait. I thought they could do better with those aspects of the breakfast. One of the days we left early and came back around 15:00. We came to the room to find it still hadn't been cleaned and towels hadn't been replenished. We asked the front desk if perhaps they forgot or something, but no, they said that it can go on until 18:00, which I found a bit odd. I haven't been to any hotel that cleans rooms until such a late time. Needless to say, we were disappointed as we wanted to rest a bit, but now needed to wait longer for the room to be made up again. Not the worst thing in the world, but very disappointing and could definitely be improved upon. We had to check out early, 4am, and asked for a breakfast bag. But because it was evening already, it was too late to prepare. Not a big deal, but I was hoping they might have pre-packaged stuff they could offer. Overally, we were satisfied with the stay, but definitely room for improvement and

The best hotel I have visited. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was king sized. The shower was also huge and very aesthetically pleasing. The toilet was in a small separate room, which was practical. The lighting was also really nice and cozy and the wardrobe really big. Perfect and ideal for couples

We had an excellent stay at this lovely hotel in beautiful Vienna. It was our first visit and it did not disappoint. It was a great location, very comfortable with friendly service. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very good. Would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Vienna. The Hotel is ideally placed to explore the city on foot and not far from the Metro if you need to go a bit further out. The Christmas Markets are magical and are set in front of beautiful buildings. We hope to return to the city one day and visit some of the museums and theaters as this trip was all about the markets.

Staff very helpful Place very clean, buffet breakfast large choice. Restaurant in hotel not open every day surprised not used more. Surprised that the room had a shower cubicle in the room not separate never had this before it was in a glass cubicle in room, Can't fault hotel on anything staff friendly and helpful, spar shop and other shops nearby. Trams run outside.

Great rooms, the price about 260 with breakfast is little high but we enjoyed the hotel and the location, very close to rathhouse. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms and specially the shower is great, the bed maybe needs some upgrade specially the cushions that are horrible. Will be back

A 3 night break to visit Vienna and the Christmas markets. Lovely hotel (clean, fresh, good food) and an ideal location. The staff were both friendly and helpful

A great Hotel, Very high class. The service was great, cleaned the room every day and helped when needed. A bit distant from the city center and public transport.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel Is located central right in front of a tram stop. The room was pretty and comfortable. Only thing should be improved is a smart tv so I can watch some Netflix. Overall loved the vibe of the place in general I would def stay again for my next trip to Vienna.

Thanks for hosting us at the hotel. The room was as we expected as pre booked : comfortable clean practical and quiet and the hotel was suprisingly close to public transport which obviously was an important advanage to us. Even though we came to stay for a short period we enjoyed most of the services: the Breakfas table, the bar,the Art books and most of all the staff. The only service we we werent satisfied was the limited options of public transport tickets at the desk. maybe next time we come it will improve. Overall we give you lots of thumbs up and reccomed the Hotel to our friends and relatives.

The only two bad things were that the room was a little small and the toilet portion of the bathroom was not heated. Other than that the room was very clean and the fridge had water and some drinks free of charge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well heated. The hotel was close to almost everything fun in Vienna and not too far from the airport either by public transportation. The staff were very friendly and did a great job accommodating us.

Excellent hotel. Clean quiet and comfortable. Staff attentive. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Loved the shower! Bed super comfy. Location is close to everything. Nice restaurant right across the street. Parking 2 blocks away and pricey. 26 Euro per day! Overall, highly recommended.

We had great time staying at this hotel. I think the location is great close to good restaurants and sightseeing places. It was also very simple to access by buss coming from the airport. The room was huge!! Nice and clean. The spa and sauna was over our expectations.. really nice. The only disappointment was that all the tv channels we’re in German or Italian. I would love to have some English channels. I will definitely recommend this place to friends going the the lovely town of Vienna.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna. The rooms are very clean and not in the conventional set up. I was sceptic at first of the positions of the shower in particular, adjacent to the bed but it was easy to adjust to it. The hotel breakfast is also very good and includes a large selection of continental and English breakfast with Austrian delicacies.

First of all, thank you for getting us such a nice, comfortable and quiet room (311). We had a splendid time in Vienna and our arrival at the hotel every day was like coming back to our own home. Everything has been perfect, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and furniture, the reception staff, the dining room and kitchen staff, the breakfasts so good. It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back to Flemings Hotel and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you

I was here for a one day presentation training. I would describe as the perfect place and location for training events. Well organized, having both projector screen as well as paper boards. The food was also delicious and staff very polite.

I was welcomed by a friendly, informative member of the reception staff who took time to orient me around the city. The room was spacious and modern, with a Nespresso that made the mornings even better. The location is excellent--within walking distance of most attractions and with a transit stop in front of the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay; I would do it all again!

Liked - Stayed in the signature room with the floor to ceiling (and roof) window. It was a pretty nice sight and you could stargaze on a less cloudy night. Disliked · The reception staff could be better trained. Asked for a 5am wake up call at the receptionist in order to take my airport transfer at 6am, receptionist noted it down but didnt called us at all. Was given the wrong check out details as well which caused a delay to our departure timing, was then charged an extra 10 euro by the cab driver (arranged by hotel) as a result of the 20 minutes delay. Asked if there were complimentary water at the reception, was directed to the bar and surprised to see 7 euro billed to me. Bar staff was attentive though but reception could really do with better service level for our honeymoon stay. The hotel does not have wide road side curb so unloading of luggage could be an issue, you will have to drive a little down further for a wider walking kerb to temporarily stop at so you don't obstruct traffic while unloading, assuming you can't find street parking.

Great staff and amenities. Helped me print my boarding pass with no problems and their spa and sauna allowed me to fully relax after 8 hours on a train. Clean and modern room with attentive cleaning staff. The location is also amazing as it was a 12 minute walk away from the natural history and art museum of Vienna. Will be back!

Second time at the hotel. It was better 3 years ago, with an excellent restaurant offering Austrian cuisine. The current Italian setting is disappointing. The staff is ok, reception very good, floor servicing can be improved. Location is great for Vienna. The ratio price/quality might be better though.

Greatly located hotel right in the centre of the city. Parking close to the hotel, charged extra. Rooms are comfortable, shower in the middle of the room is really crazy, but finally it was OK. WC without window or AC is not very practical. It was actually extremely hot in the room. The service was very nice.

Friendly staff, great location and fantastic rooms. Breakfast was included and very good although a little too busy for the staff to manage perfectly. I would recommend and return.

Very nice hotel, convenient to city center. Streetcar stop right across the street for easy transportation. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with an incredibly comfortable bed and all amenities. Staff were very helpful and attentive--we were locked out of our room late one night and a staff member went up and let my wife in while I worked on getting new keys in the lobby. Friendly and courteous regardless of how busy the lobby became. Would recommend!
