    The share now app is one of the worst and least user friendly apps I have ever used. The interface is outdated, for every edit of my personal information I wanted to make I had to contact customer support. Customer service responded weeks after my email, which makes no sense of renting a car if you are traveling for a couple of days. I see no point of contacting costumer service for every change a person needs to make in the app. It’s better to have it automated. Furthermore, it’s ridiculous that a person needs to pay a registration fee to use the app. I won’t recommend this car rental service to anyone.

    Even worse than Wien Energie in terms of customer service - waiting time. The car won't let me finish the journey. Has been running for over an hour. I always rode it a lot, and because the points expired (also a shame), I went back down to the first level. I've been sitting in line for customer service for 50 minutes now. To panic. I already know one thing. I'll never use Share now again. Bring on WienMobil and E-Loop. Absolute disaster with Share Now. NEVER. NEVER. AGAIN. I'll probably sit here for another hour!!!!!!     Rented a car and everything went fine. Had to refuel at a BP gas station. For automatic charging stations, enter the card, type the PIN in the app and then place the fuel in. After you are finished, the card will be charged. Take your receipt and go. Use the card inside the car and go to a gas station from the ShareNow app. Went outside of the city on a big trip. Everything was ok, you lock/unlock the car within the app for temporary stops. The only downside was that the car was dirty inside, but this depends on the people using the cars. One dirty driver is enough to find the car filled with crumbs of food, a used covid mask. For longer trips, take your usb cable with you. I will use this service again, so far so good.

    serious decline in quality since bmw/mercedes jumped ship. they thinned out the fleet, use objectively inferior cars(fiat 500 vs. mercedes A/BMW 1) and increased the prices. car availability is a nightmare. live in the inner city and want to pick up something from say ikea ? good luck with that, not going to happen. outskirts of the city(still within city limits) are also a no go since its outside their area of business. overall, wouldnt recommend.

    Endless terror is the best fit for my good friend. Since the rental could not be ended via the app, several people were called to help... These didn't make it either. At the same time, we tried to reach telephone support for over 4 hours. The music is nice, but we can never hear that hold song again, gagging included.     I’m a Diamond user. When you call the help line they tell you you’ll get VIP treatment. Then they put you on hold for 6 minutes telling you all the time the expected waiting time is 2 minutes. Two cars were right in front of my nose, they showed up as available in the app, I could reserve one, but when I wanted to start my ride it didn’t work because of a failure on the car’s side. Complete disaster. Not just 1 star, because I also had some good experiences. But today ruined everything. Eventually got hold of the help desk (after another 10 minute wait) and they solved my issue in a very friendly way. All’s well that ends well 😊

    Received a parking violation from the city and needed to pay for it myself. Until now, I never experienced any problems with the service until now. I parked the car on the street, where apparently, is for residents of the district only. I was able to end my rental successfully and I went on my way. A few days later I received an email from Share now saying that I have to pay the fine and an addition of 20 euros!!! for the process they had to go through (oh the misery). If they allowed me to end the rental at a certain place in the city, there shouldn't be a problem from the drivers point of view, right? Share now, you should upgrade your system to add geo-fencing zones with restrictions to avoid unnecessary mistakes like these. I will rethink of using your service again from now on. Wien Mobile is cheaper, and cars are way better.

    Worst customer service. They used the wrong payment method and charged 5€ twice within two consecutive months, even though I told them to use the other one. Then I received replies from 10 different customer agents. Half of them misunderstood the situation and none of them provided any useful help. It was a nightmare. I never received a proper answer from anybody who'd actually look at my situation for even 10 seconds. I got brushed off by all of them. I am now quitting with this company.

    I had my first experience with renting a car from this company and unfortunately was not the best one. The car was good but that was all plus. I had rented the car for 6 hours and was out of the city where unfortunately there was no internet connection. After the break I could not resume my journey as the car was remotely disabled. The only possibility was to activate it on my app (but I had no active internet) or by calling them. Very strangely and inconveniently there was no number in the car where I could have called for service and support. I had to call a friend to get the helpline number. It took more than 20 minutes to get a customer support executive to get on call. Overall I had already lost more than 1 hour of journey time and had to change my rest of the plans.
