Today I ran away from work to be able to pick up my order as their current opening hours (10 am to 3 pm) are not really made for working people. When I have arrived an other customer was already waiting in the door since 15 minutes. We had to wait another 30 minutes to be able to find anybody around. In the meanwhile a third customer arrived as well and we called the dedicated phone number at least 25 times without getting any answer. 10 mins after 3 pm two girls came out. Without any apology they wanted to refuse to serve the first client as it was already after closure time, but after a third woman came to give out our packages. They were all very rude and it seemed like at least 5 workers were in the back of the shop ignoring the telephone ringing and refusing to serve us. Maybe this is they way how Zara Home would like to urge us to pay the 10€ (!!) homedelivery cost until 100€ shopping, which I consider also ridiculously high. I will think twice in the future to buy anything from here.......

Great Stuff to buy but if you ever have to return anything be prepared for the worst experience of your life! Tried to return an accent Chair for over 3 Months now and despite beeing at home on every requested day (9 in total) they always failed to pick up the return parcel. Received a couple of calls until they finaly hired a private company to pick up the chair, the pickup went smoothly until I never heard from them again afterwards and I had to contact customer support again only for them to inform me that they know nothing of a return and I had to send them proof of collection before they can do anything further. This has been the worst experience I ever had with any retail store. But hey, as an apology for me having a huge box standing in my bathroom for months because they failed to pick it up, they charged me extra for the return. WORST RETURN EXPERIENCE ever! I really expected more from one of the biggest retsilers...

Unfortunately horrible experience with online shopping from Zara home! the mirror I ordered was broken into pieces at the arrival and i am chasing their customer support for days, calling every hour with no result. I have been promised to get calls and emails as a follow up but all of them turned to be empty promises and i got nowhere with a return and getting back my money! definitely will never shop from ZARA HOME esp ONILE!
