I have always trusted Tschibo for the quality of their coffee (and buy coffee beans from them). I was all the more surprised to get a fairly average cappucino to take away from this particular Tschibo branch. It was bitter and I struggled to finish it. Knowing that the quality of the coffee beans in Tchibo is consistent, I can only assume it was less-then-perfect barista job on this day and in this shop.
