We loved our cycle package from Vienna to Budapest - a really excellent, good value holiday. The bikes supplied were comfortable and good quality. Our package included panniers, locks, helmets and repair kit, and we paid extra to have a case delivered to Budapest (well worth it). We can’t wait for our next cycle trip!

We did the all day bike and wine tour and it was AMAZING!! Tim was such a great guide; really friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the group stayed together the whole time. They made sure our bikes all fit us and explained how to use the gears. The trip was beyond beautiful and I am SO glad we decided to do this. What a way to see another part of Austria!

We (couple) took the cycle package from Vienna July 2022. Very professional team. Tom was our guide for the tour. We met at Vienna office and took all the group together the train to Wachau. We picked up the bikes there and ride 25 km together through the vines. Tasted 8-10 different bottles and had great time! We can’t wait for our next cycle trip!

Hired a couple of City Bikes for a few hours. Only cost 15 euros each. Check in and return were seamless. The bikes were in excellent condition and very easy to ride. Didn't require any of the shenanigans that the docked bikes around the city required. Just cash and ID for deposit, then go.

My husband booked a bike ride between wineries. I thought a pastoral and light trip. We arrived at the place we met the guide Tom and started a short journey that included a ride on the metro and train to another branch of the company, from there we took a bike. We considered taking an electric bike for an extra 20 euros, but Tom said the hike is not difficult and the route is flat. The length of the route is 25 km. We did it with stops. We went to two wineries and in each winery we tasted 5 types of wines. The guide Tom is very nice, explained and detailed the history of each place. And I had a very hard time. I recommend to those who are not fit or do not ride a bicycle on a regular basis, to take an electric bicycle. The only problem with the trip was that we did not return to the starting point and had to add money and return ourselves, which was not mentioned from the beginning. It sucks a little. In addition, the guide asked at the end of the trip for a tip ... Overall we really enjoyed it

Fantastic service and great e-bikes. Staff were very helpful too. Cycled to Bratislavia from Vienna and plenty of battery.

Just returned from a Classic City tour. Having done a dozen of these city tours around Europe, this one was far and away the worst. These are some of the issues we encountered: - bikes were not 'fitted' to us. We had to take one, adjust seats ourselves. No helmets offered - bike was not in good working orders. Couldn't change gears. Found out about 3 minutes into the 3 hour tour but the leader didn't care. - tour guide changed the tour from a 'classic city' to a 'country park' tour. - we did not see any of the items listed in the guide for the tour - our guide had his dog in his basket. seemed kind of fun in the beginning but then it looked like the dog was not happy. 3 hours in a basket.... - guide did not work to make sure all 17 of us were engaged. no interpersonal skills in evidence - wound up getting incredibly inane facts on recent construction in Vienna rather than the rich history of this incredible city. - did not have a 'microphone' set up for riders to hear the guide as many other similar companies are now using (like many tour guides) - told the managers about these many issues and their response was bad. Suggested I should have appreciated what we saw. No apologies. No refund offered (that I would not have taken). When I see the other reviews for this company I find it hard to believe they are genuine. So many aspects of this company, its processes, the equipment they use, and the employees they have, is AWFUL. Beware. Lots of other companies around. Advise you look elsewhere.

Bicycle rental and guided group tour in Vienna. Welcoming staff, customized bicycles, the tour is not difficult and passes through central places of the city. There are many stops, there is time to take pictures and rest. Good for families too. Recommended as an activity for about half a day.

Really convenient place to rent bikes and explore the city. You can even rent to bike to Budapest (where you can return there). We will save that for sure next time. The guy there with no shirt on and a bunch of tattoos was awesome and very helpful. @owner, give this man a raise! You can rent for the day but must return by 6/7 when they close. We wanted to bike around the city at night (which is awesome), so we rented for 24 hours and returned the next day. The price difference was negligible.

We opted for the wachau wine tour on bike, it was an amazing experience. We met up with the tour guide early in the morning, waited for everyone to show up there was probably 25 of us or so. Took a train ride an hour outside of Vienna. Rode along the beautiful river and a cute little village along the way visited 5 different wineries and had lunch in between at some cute small mom and pop restaurant serving Bavarian comfort food. The tour guide was very engaging and knowledgeable and very friendly had an amazing time. My only regret was not drinking enough water as my body paid for it later at dinner, lessons learned. Would definitely go again!

Great place to hire a bike. Really friendly staff, english fluently spoken, bikes are great. We got an ebike as we've discovered that it's the best way to see a bigger city and on this occasion it was perfect. I highly recommend you take the time to head up to the wineries, they're not far and it's absolutely beautiful up there. You can easily include it in your day or half day ride around the city. We also got in a quick swim in the river from off the island. Water was beautiful!

Definitely a 5 Star experience! Amazing day - personally my favorite part of our entire week in Veinna. Our guide, Aline, was the best! We had beautiful weather, a fun group to bike with, and the pace was perfect. My only suggestion would be to build in just a little more time (maybe 30 extra minutes total) to stop for photos of things along the way - but perhaps that is constrained by train schedules, if you have the time, this is a MUST DO! Great job Aline! Cole & Marcus Lansing, Michigan, USA

Enjoyed every moment in the historical and educational 3-hour bike tour with Jan. Massively impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge of history, art and every thing about the city. In the tour, you would explore and understand the heart of the city, how was it created, who created it, what happened in the past. He would make you fall in love with Vienna! Also big shout out to all the other tour guides and staffs - they were very nice and helpful; the bikes are in the best condition with helmet and basket.

We rented bike with child seat and bike with tag along. Great staff, very welcoming. Locks were provided. We decided to extend our rental period and we called it, done. Very nice way to see Viena, although it's small.a d easy to walk, but it's certainly faster riding a bike.

Was truly a wonderful experience, electric mountain bike is a great way to see often unexplored parts of Vienna from a tourist’s point of view … well worth the effort to climb the highest hill in Vienna at the Austrian end of the alps. Ps: the ride down was even More fun😁.

Hidden Wachau Valley with Santiago as our guide was a perfect tour. That was more than we expected - relaxing, slow pace tour with lots of wine and interesting information about the region and wine... and wonderful people: most of all our guide - insteresting and very friendly guy. We were only 5 tourists on the trip and we had unforgettable chats about wine and life. Thank you Santiago! Good luck with everything you want to achive in your life, and best regards to your parents!

Spoke to the team in person about hiring a touring bike for 2 days to do a Vienna to Budapest cycle. The price was very competitive for the daily hire rate and even more so for the transportation of the bike back to Vienna from Budapest. They were super flexible, agreeing to refund me if I did not make it to Budapest in time and therefore didn't require the full hire period, bike transportation, etc. The bikes are KTM, less than 2 years old, range of sizes and very well maintained before every hire, for a touring bike hire I think this is as good as it gets! I had no issues with the bike. Supply lock, tool kit, lights, etc too. Thanks for a brilliant hire!

Wachau winery bike tour - A very pleasant trip for those who want to combine a bicycle trip with an educational excursion into the world of making and drinking Austrian white wine. A unique opportunity to hear little secrets from a wine producer (thanks to @weinhauer_brustbauer).Tom, a very pleasant group guide, is always ready to help with any questions. Good bikes and nice people - only positive emotions.

Rented two bikes for a week for a trip from Passau to Wien. The bikes were in good shape. We also got helmets (not great), a repair kit, pump, lock, panniers (baskets for carrying all your belongings on the back sides of the bikes), and water bottle holders. You can still put another bag on the saddle. However, all this is quite heavy. There was no choice for lighter bikes, the panniers are waterproof but also heavy. The owner is responsive by email, very friendly and helpful. He was not at the store when we picked up or returned the bikes. The lady there was a but less helpful.

As a global cyclist I can't recommend this group and their bikes enough. The touring bikes are built for what you need for touring the city and the local velo routes (great on bumps and easy to cross trolly tracks). Team go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Highly recommend the trip to Budapest (although the route after Gyor is an adventure!). Bikes were smooth and in full working order. Thanks!

We did the Vienna go green eco tour on electric bike 🚲 and I absolutely loved it. We had a short session at the beginning on how to operate the bikes and then we were off along the canal heading towards the vineyards. Amir stopped along the way to point out attractions and to tell us about Vienna. He always gave plenty time for questions. They tour was conducted Mainly in English and German for one or two people. The cycling was easy for most of the trip although our group moved quite fast as we were experienced. The hill climb can be a bit tricky but as long as you listen to Amirs guidance it is not difficult as we were on electric bikes. We also visited the Donau Insel and stopped for a Kase Krainer and Radler. Then we headed off to the Prater. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour. You get to see an overview of beautiful Vienna and some of the main attractions in the city at the same time meeting new people and getting exercise. If you want to do a tour of the old city in district 1 then this is not for you. Thank you Vienna explorers.

We went for the Wachau Wine bike tour by van not train. Jan our tour guide was passionate about the wines we tasted and the history of the area, even though he wasn't a local. Bike ride was about 22km easy and flat and mainly on designated bikeways. Trail follows the river out of Krems. The lunch stop we had time the climb to the ruins and back, even had time for a swim at the river beach. Fitter you are the more you can do.
