Had to do my Covid test there and I was amazed by the rudeness and inability of the staff to provide the services required (except for the security at the entrance, he was very helpful and nice). For 120 Euros they could not provide me with a test that was language-wise correct, contains my Passport number and the time of testing - all of this is essential for travelling. They should be sued for negligence.

Watch out: Your Antigen test result will always be sent code-encrypted to your email address. However, you never receive the code as promised - it is your birthday in format DDMMYY. Since nobody in the health center is answering the phone on weekends and your call gets placed on hold endlessly, figuring out the code took a while and created some needless extra thrill 5 min before a boarding closeure of a transatlantic flight. Everything else was ok, though.

i had pcr test 11 a.m. they couldnt send me the result up to now. its 19 p.m. i sent an email to them and also they didnt answer yet. they are only interested in money.

Excellent experience. I had to travel at 20:20 I went there for a PCR test at 13:00 I got the results at 21:00. It was on Saturday was sure if I can get the result on same day but they delivered the results with the certificate. Thank you 👍

HORRIFIC health safety concept. The entrances are the exits. The fitness center in the same building is still open. Rooms were badly ventilated. Hundreds of people had to use the same pencils. Personnel does not keep distance. People's irresponsible behavior is not controlled. Disinfactant is only scarcely provided. Staff is mildly aggressive. You get your stuff done, but for 120€ this is bad service and actually... Dangerous.

Went for a pre-flight PCR test. Did not receive the result at the correct time. Called the number and it disconnected after telling they do not work on Fridays. Finally found a second number written in small letters on the receipt (+431700724906) and they sent an email with the results. Had it not been for this number I probably would have missed the flight since there was no phone number provided that works on Fridays. Do not recommend.

Chaotic and unprofessional: poor Navigation from the Airport Arrival Hall. Opening hours on different signs are inconsistent. No secured walkway from the arrivals building to the medical centre. Poorly organised waiting hall making it difficult for people to keep safe distance. The place is just used as a money making machine for COVID-19 tests.

Terrible service, the tester sticks are kept open and if any one has the covid and spreads the virus in the air, can easily land on top of these sticks and contaminates who knows how many people! Very poor hygiene measures, entrances and exits are at the same door. Sintetyzing a perfect place to catch the covid 19, all of this as cheap as 120€!!!!!!

Young, untrained and uncaring staff who have no idea how to do the nose swab safely. It was done totally carelessly, was painful, during and after the test, for both of us. Three days later the pain returned, mosty likely due to a developing infection. Avoid this place at all cost, if you can!!

Profssional place to get you Covid testet. Test was quick and they open earlier for early bird flights (Austrian/KLM). Nevertheless they opened half an our later than stated.

We had our covid test done here. Very efficent and easy procedure. My sons test came through the same day but ours came the next day just before the deadline.I found it strange that as we went as a family they didn't all come together.

I had to take a pcr test result so fast for the flight. So i visited open hour and got test result before 13:00. Those crew members so much kind and give a hand to help. And also i just want to say Thank you for the guy who gave me some advice. His advice made me relief and things happened so i could back to my country! If anyone who wants to have fast result, go hurry in the open hour!
