I had a wonderful dinner experience. Very helpful owner. I asked for his recommendation. See the pics. Total 450.000 includes beer and wine. Anywhere else outside Laos this would be at least the double. The food was really fantastic. I recommend this highly. I hope I can visit this place one more time before I have to move on to the next destination.

This restaurant lives up to the reviews! We had INCREDIBLE food at an amazing price (it’s worth at least double!!). The service was a 10, the food was a 15! Genuinely amazing french food. As a comparison, we are at The Fat Duck (Heston Blumenthal Michelin star restaurant a few weeks ago) and hands down this food was better! Must visit if you come to Vientiane. We paid double and still didn’t feel like we paid enough.

One of the best French Restaurants I've ever been to. Homemade paté is amazing, homemade sausage awesome....chef and staff are super friendly and welcoming. If you are in Vientiane you should try this place. I'll be coming back.

Nice friendly restaurant, clean, very good service and very welcoming. Quality food, good variety and pricing. Great place to indulge in some red wine with the local expats. Woulda just liked a sharper steak knife but flavor spot on.

Lovely, casual and reasonably priced restaurant with friendly owner in downtown Vientiane. My go to place for raclette, steaks and other French specialties. Would recommend this any day

Owner and chef: Yes we try and do everything homemade. Well had the homemade pate, bread and Toulouse sausage. Excellent food, attentive service from the owner and his lovely wife. Limited but careful wine selection. Good value. Recommended.

Great burger! You can chose how the meat is cooked. The fries were crunchy but we didn't like the black pepper on it (which is preference I guess). The service was attentive and friendly. The prices were a bit high though.

One of the rare places open on Sunday in Vientiane. We had burgers, and they were amazing. The meat was of excellent quality, and overall whole burger was great. Place got nice chill vibes.

Amazing food and staff, it can be open until late at night so it gives you the time to walk around and then seat in good company and eat some delicious food... The profiteroles where a stand-out for me, but everything we tried was amazing! Completely recommended to everyone who can try it.

Walked in on a rainy day and to a cheese platter and pare to go. All cheeses were individually wrapped. Nice and frech cheeses which i truly enjoyed. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Will go back often.

Burger for 104.000kip was delicious, very good cook and tasty. You can pay with CARD (+3% extra) which is perfect when you are finishing trip!

I love the food here and the staff and owner are friendly. If its a really hot day you can enjoy your food indoors where the air conditioners make it more pleasant. By evening it's really nice to sit and have a beer outside.

Ordered a cheeseburger (regular, not double) and got one of the best burgers, if not THE best, I've had since leaving the US ten months ago and traveling around the world. Frankly, it was one of the best I've ever had, US or not. My kind of fries, too. Friendly and fast service. A nice patio to sit outside. Nothing more I could ask for. 10/10. Would burger again. Burger, fries, and an imported Belgian wheat beer came out to 228k lak ($10.96). For this quality, service, and location, I found this more than reasonable.

The food, the atmosphere, and the service was amazing! The chef was extremely kind and sociable and said if there was anything cooked not to liking he would cook it more. The steak was incredible and the butter sauce on it was so good and cooked to perfection! I also had the mashed potatoes and got the pepper sauce on the side which was also amazing! The chef even cleared my table and brought me yummy lemon pie dessert for take away as I was too full right then! I highly recommend!

I was disappointed with the food here, I bought a salmon salad and the salmon arrived brown and smelt very strong. The salad seasoning I was given lacked a lot of flavour and it was just a very sad salad. A friend of mine got the cucumber salad which was cooked in a fish sauce, not right for a cucumber salad. This also arrived with a brown egg around the yolk. The food was very expensive for what you receive. Not worth it

The best mushroom cream spaghetti in s.e. Asia i have tried in my past 3,5 years of travelling! Absolutely recommend this place, owner/cook makes delicious food.

Good "old style"French restaurant - which are harder to find in France these days. French foods and some Laotian dishes. I had a prawn and spaghetti phad (salad) spicy but not too hot for me. Girlfriend had cheese toast which was a treat because it's seems hard to find proper cheese in Asia. Real coffees and good service.

Had a great dinner here. The cheese platter and wines stood out the most as you don't expect actual good quality cheese and wine in Laos! Burgers were great as well and the steak was on par. Props for the owner too, very nice and helpful guy, would definitely recommend!
