My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in hotel de Paris last week and we’re still reminiscing our little holiday! We adored the interior and style of the room and enjoyed the most amazing view from our terrace. The service was excellent; from the valet to the restaurant staff, everyone made sure we felt at home. Hotel de Paris should be an example for all other hotels in the world if they want to learn how to treat their guests. We are already looking forward to our next stay!!!

Top Top Top hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the rooms to the staff to the food, the service, the amenities...etc. All was superb!! Upon arrival, the staff was nothing but helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. The food was high quality and well presented. The services are fantastic, and of course the location is amazing, in the heart of Monte Carlo. I would definitely come again! Highly recommended!!

Simply the best! Checking in takes too long, 5pm is normal but once you are done everything becomes amazing. Very safe and clean, staff are amazing. Fantastic location. Worth every euro!!!

The hotel and the facilities are beautiful and five stars. We booked through American Express but they weren’t able to offer an upgrade, so we paid for one ourselves. The room upgrade was pricey but it came with a great view. Unfortunately, the service is mediocre and there have been some issues. Service is three stars. We had to call down twice for a steamer, and once for housekeeping, and they didn’t refill our body wash or shampoo two days in a row. I also have been stopped at the entrance twice with the staff asking if I had a reservation which is strange, because other people were walking in with no questions. Overall the hotel is beautiful, but the service isn’t at the level I’d expect for this price point.

Best Hotel in Monte-Carlo! Luxurious interiors all across the hotel, spacious and very comfortable room. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The food served at their restaurant is also incredible! Definitely recommend!

World Class all around. Amazing service even during crowded F1 weekends. Breakfast delivered to the room is a perfect way to start the day. Bellman/Valet are great with your car or at getting a ride. Lovely for winter holidays as well.

Elegant, beautiful, peaceful and exquisite. Monaco in general is a place that is super expensive, elegant and high-class. This hotel is a staple and one of the most unforgettable stays imaginable. Turn down service, beautiful piano bar with great singing talent, and excellent location. If you have the money, stay here.

One word: Luxury. Very welcoming staff in a beautiful square with the casino next door. Feels as if you are in your own little world. Would definitely stay again!

I did not stay at the hotel but was there twice for the world wide famous Steak Tartar, of course with french fries, fruit punch and a Fernet Branca at the end. Luxury can be smelled everywhere, everything is beautiful, yet, expensive. Steak Tartare meal is not more than 50 euro with the light drink

5 stars does not do justice to this hotel. A quick debrief: Location - this is where you want your hotel to be in Monte Carlo; across the casino and in the middle of any and all designer shopping you can imagine Hospitality - the service here is second to none. I made a mistake while booking and booked a day later than I had arrived by accident. They made sure they had a room and made no fuss yo change the booking. Rooms - the deluxe regular room is very large for a typical hotel room. Full walk-in closet, separate water closet room and a large his and her bathroom. It has a small seating area and a beautiful patio. Room service - water is brought to you in the evening as well as some night crème for your face/skin. Treats upon arrival and very attentive service.

Stayed 3 nights towards the end of July 2022, fabulous hotel but was overcharged on my stay of which I’m still trying to sort out. The door man at the bar called Juan Luke didn’t make us feel welcome at all in the hotel and was unprofessional and does not have the right attitude in the hotel business for dealing with people. I also tried to ask him a question inside the bar and was completely blanked by him. Not the right behaviour you would expect from a Hotel of this standard. I have brought this to the attention of the duty manager and hope this will be looked into further. Sadly because of this I have to drop 2 stars. The rest of the staff were fantastic and professional and I hope the overcharge will be sorted at some stage soon. We will be staying again in the future and I would highly recommend the hotel. Let’s hope my issues are sorted out.

Our suite absolutely has one of the greatest views in the world! The suite was amazing and on par with Beverly Hills hotel in the US - California. However, the food preparation and level of dust coming out of our air conditioning vents is less than desired. I am leaving with a terrible sinus infection because of it:0( The views are breath taking...I want to return to experience the suite without feeling badly because of dust allergies.

Obviously a stunning hotel, but one of the most memorable things was the service. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This hotel is nothing short of superb and a true 5 star experience. The rooms are grand, beautiful, spacious and have lots of amenities. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The spa is stunning and the restaurants are top class. You couldn't possibly say this was anything other than 5*

WE TOOK THIS VACATION RIGHT BEFORE COVID HIT AND IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE. TALKING ABOUT CULTURE---THIS PLACE WAS PURE OPULENCE. HOTEL AND VACATION WAS BREATH TAKING. HOW BLESSED WAS I TO VISIT WITH MY LOVE. THE ENTIRE TRIP WAS PROBABLY THE BEST EVER

It was luxurious but lack of design details and staff were not too friendly. I prefer boutique hotel if available. Stayed in junior suite but I think regular room facing inner garden was probably better.

1) Unbearable stench coming from the bathroom. Room service people came and declared it's a technician's job. Technician arrived and claimed it's a plumber's job and left hurriedly. Still awaiting the plumber. 2) AC broken. Technicians had to come with step ladder to fix it. Stuck at 22⁰ again. Very weird. 3) The shower at the hand shower hose broke free and fell to the floor. Technician is coming to fix it. 4) All technicians and housekeeping people speak only in French. So I had to use Google translate to communicate with them. Come on guys. This is supposedly the BEST (?) hotel in Monaco. A little English knowledge would help. Note to future visitors: Take a three month course before coming to this hotel. 5) You had to ask for the electric iron and ironing board. It vansihes during the next housekeeping. You have to call them again. Very bothersome. 6) Even if Do Not Disturb sign in on, someone WILL knock on the door for housekeeping. The very purpose of Do Not Disturb is then defeated. These guys need to have some common sense and more training. 7) In the breakfast room, there are no labels against anything. You must ask the staff What is it? What is it? Is it chicken sausage or pork sausages? Because there are no labels. Again, lack of common sense. 8) Funniest part: There are 4 types of juices in the breakfast hall. Pineapple juice and orange juice look almost the same. When asked what is what, the old waiter actually smelled the jars in front of me before deciding what is what. That's complete lack of etiquette. Imagine a waiter smelling something before serving it to you. Overall, horrendous experience. Don't stay in this hotel. Everything is broken. The staff lacks common sense and etiquettes. They speak only in French, as if only French people are supposed to be staying here. The doorman at the revolving door at the entrance looks through you. He definitely has some attitude problem. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I wish I could give half or 1/4 star.

What a wonderful hotel, everything about it was outstanding. I stayed here for three nights for my 40th birthday with my wife. I highly recommend Le Louis XV restaurant - it is exceptional.

I stayed there in September for an anniversary with my big girls. It was just like in old broadway! The property mistress was super friendly and helpful, she personally saw to our every need. My only regret is the rates are much too low.

They wouldn't even let us in the lobby to take pictures next to their Christmas tree. Security at the door like it's a prison, I guess a lot of people steal Christmas trees in Monaco lol. EDIT: For future referrence if you see families with little kids wanting to take pictures in your bs hotel it's safe. If you see someone dressed in green wanting to steal your Christmas tree that's the Grinch, you shouldn't let that one in. Idiots

This hotel has one of the most beautiful restaurant and reception areas in the world. The service is fantastic. Everyone is so elegant. We always go there when we are in Monte Carlo. It is simply magical. We would recommend it to anyone. There is nothing not to like about it. Try it for yourself, at least once. Or more.

Elegance. This hotel is right at the heart of the sophisticated part of Monte-Carlo; you can only enter if you're a guest at the hotel or have dinner reservations. Here tou get to see amazing sports cars and fancy ones go by day and night, while people watching. It's like a car and fashion show combined. The staff here are exceptional and do everything to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Their spa is one you cannot miss in your lifetime, if you're into wellness. Restaurants, bars, and a beautiful modern garden with private ambiance is available for you to relax or jump on a work meeting. You have private access to multiple places and things underground. The outdoor breakfast patio offers a killer view and serves the best French toast I've ever had. Their jazz bar offers very good drinks with live music, in or outdoors. The location is near shopping centers, fancy restaurants, boulangeries, and France (just a few blocks away). This is definitely the place to stay when you come to Monte-Carlo. Came to Le Patio - Hotel de Paris to try out their Chocolat Time (a menu composed of hot chocolate and a selection of mini pastries) with my mother who came all the way from Indonesia. Was told to choose our table and once sat, the table was not cleaned and we asked the waiter to clean the table, to which the waiter said to us (in French) "oh, you're just sitting here" in an impolite tone - what an appaling service, definitely not up to our expectations. We rang the "call" bell multiple times but no waiter came. Once a waiter came, instead of serving us they served people who were not even seated.

My experience during my recent visit at the American Bar Terrace was horrible. Let‘s start with the location and and atmosphere: 5 Stars, Food quality 5 Stars. Prices highly at the top. Service-5 Stars. From arrival to be able ordering 20 minutes, to get bread waiting 20 minutes after twice asking. Removal of empty plates only after asking! Cigar ashtray only arrived when almost finished with cigar. It is a real sad story. I have been a guest at the Hotel for over 40 years and stayed as in-house resident for a while. But the service we experienced now more reflects a budget chain group. I do hope this was exceptional and the service normally is to what I experienced in th past just the best - I do hope….

This is a terrible experience. I recommend two friends from China to stay in this hotel. They plan to spend three days around Monaco. On the fourth day, they will take a 12:30 flight to Madrid. I had drive to pick them up every day to go to other places. When I arrived at the hotel parking at 10:30 today, a female police officer came over and asked me to park on the side of the road. I told her that my time was very tight and I had to pick up a friend to go to the airport, but she still asked me to take my driver's license and another documents, I showed her all the documents and they were all legal, but it had been delayed for a long time. My friends couldn't wait and had to take a taxi to the airport. I didn't even prepare any fruit for them. yes, I saw other reviews saying that this hotel is like a prison, which confirms the customer's statement that the police can check without reason, It should be emphasized that I did not violate traffic rules and the police did not explain why they only checked my car. Zero star experience - I’m a tall blonde white female working in high finance making more than $500,000 USD/year and I was harassed at this hotel due to being a woman. Don’t support this MISOGYNISTIC COMPANY. SURETE your entire company knows you harass women!!! Go hate on female guests somewhere else - it’s 2023 - this isn’t acceptable in this culture!!!!

Hotels don't get better than this one. I felt I was staying in the lap of luxury the whole time. Very accommodating staff, amazing concierge service and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay, big room with a terrace overlooking a charming courtyard. Marina at reception especially was so helpful and made our trip great! Also loved the complimentary honeymoon setup :)

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo. It is such a wonderful place not only to sleep, but to spend the whole day. It has, indeed, a piano bar, some very fancy restaurants and a big spa where unfortunately I couldn’t go since I didn’t have much free time. Furthermore the room is beautiful and the view is amazing, everybody is very attentive and ready to help you in everything. I had dinner at Café de Paris à la Salle Empire and it’s been a very nice one: gentle waiters and delicious. The breakfast on the terrace facing the sea is pretty good: they make extremely tasty pastries. This wasn’t my first time in Monte-Carlo but it was in Hotel de Paris and I’m pretty sure that the next time I’ll have to go to Monte-Carlo I’ll book there. Anyway I have to be above board: this is a high-end hotel and the price is high but it is actually worth it. Bye Hotel de Paris and see you soon!

Hotel De Paris is the nicest hotel in Monaco. The atmosphere is beautiful and the rooms are perfect size. The service is quick and the food is delicious, Stanislas made sure the breakfast was a wonderful day-brightening experience. I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!
