One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in at Vietnam. It’s an adorable little plot, adjacent to the fields and covered in well cared for greens! One of the access roads here is through the town, but the other is right through a short stretch of fields, and honestly, this location is worth everything. This place is dreamy, I would desire to stay here for 3-5 days, sit by the terrace and fields and just write! La Terrazza is the brainchild of its very witty Italian owner who personally cares for the place. He stays on the property, and is super accessible with just a quick call! An interesting conversationalist, and a Super friendly host, he’s quite invested in the property and the experience for his guests. I’ve seen him rebuild everything back up (after the Typoon Noru, Hoi An was pretty horribly hit), from scrap! Mad respect! This property gives off the vibe of a comely Homestay and a well provided for hotel! Amenities: The rooms come well stocked with all essentials including towels, soap, candles and even slippers! Pricing: Very reasonable. While the rooms are extremely spacious and facilities are well maintained, the price is quite a steal really! Other Requirements: You can rent a bike from the owner - the bikes are in great condition and come equipped with helmets. For cabs to Danang, just let him know and he helps you out. (We got a cab in 15 min!) Points to note: As this property is a tad bit far from the Main Street, walking may not be the best option - rent a bike! In the night, this place gets a little dark, so take the town road (not the field road) to return to the property. As the direct google directions may sometimes lead u astray, take a 2 pronged approach: 1. search and proceed for the nearest petrol pump (there’s one on the road through the town) and 2. From there map out the property.

Amazing guesthouse, very close to the city center with affordable prices. Rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. The garden is very cute and the owners are truly lovely and helpful! I strongly recommend this place and I hope that I will get back some day.

Nicola has a beautiful home, facing the paddies, with a nice area inside and is really helpful and inviting. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk and has all of the good eateries, scenic places to see, and activities to do. It is also a place that is in the heart of the city yet cut off from all the noise to just rejuvenate at your own time. The entire place with Nicola, his lovely wife and the dogs just makes you feel at home and we left with so many emotions :)

It was a great stay at La Terrazza. I went with my wife and 2 kids and we absolutely loved it. The field, the dogs, the rooms and most importantly Nicola and family made our stay so memorable. If you are from a cosmopolitan city and is looking for a tranquil and serene place to stay in, this place is it. It is away from main street hence out from the hustle and bustle of the city and most importantly the endless horns from the vehicles on the road. Forget about those hotels along the river banks or along the main street, make a stay with La Terrazza and let the experience top of your memories in hoi an. Do visit the lovely couple who runs a provision shop just across the road.

Excellent. I recommend you this if you are coming as a group. We stayed at this place for 1 day. We were 14 people. Really enjoyed the stay. Its remarkable.

We stayed here for 5 days, we had an amazing time good conversations. The service was unbelievable ! If i good give it more stars i would. After our stay we did the hay van pass, the owner arranged a motor with a local company and had it delivered to our doorstep. 10/10 would stay here again

It is one the best places we stayed in Vietnam. Its a beautiful little paradise setup by nicola very thoughtfully. Even though it was in a very accessible distance from old town, it is very calm and peaceful just like what I was looking for. The common space facing fields is one place to get lost into. So many birds come there and you can sit for hours just watching them. The garden is sooo beautifully setup and feels very cozy. There are 2 dogs on property which are veryy cute and friendly. It felt like a place to settle down for a longer time and just relax. Nicola was very friendly host and he addressed everything. We had some really good conversations with him. Breakfasts at this place very amazing tooo. Nicola is also very environmentally conscious person and things around property are also that way, which made the place extra special for me.

I spent 4 night at La Terrazza with my partner. Everything was amazing, starting from the host Nicola and his beautiful family! They are friendly, welcoming and super available to help you with everything. The location is surrounded by nature and really close to the ancient town markets and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, we loved everything! Grazie ancora 🥰

We had a great four days! Nicola and his family were very hospitable and helpful with us.. The room was large, clean and spacious, and a beautiful view from the terrace. The breakfast was always great, plentiful and varied.. The convenience of having free bikes is a big bonus: We visited the historic town and the surrounding countryside. Thank you guys!

I loved staying here. Close enough to walk to restaurants, cafes, the old part of the city and yet quiet and peaceful. The owners are lovely, really helpful and friendly. We had a two year old with us who also enjoyed the place. There were a few mosquitos around, take repellant. WiFi could do with updating. Overall excellent, would definitely recommend.

La Terrazza is located at the end of a residential area and on the edge of a field so it is quiet and close to nature. La Terrazza has a very special style. Just a tree and a step away, you are in your own space. Clean room and harmonious layout. The host is very close, cute and enthusiastic. Will come back

Highly recommend for all of you to stay this lovely, warm place. Villa has common area for your small party, kitchen if you wanna cooking, warm bed and hot water, quite space with beautiful garden, field view. Nicola is supper kind and funny host, he responded all our requests to make happy memories when we stay there. Gonna be back if we have chance to visit Hoian

help, if they're not already on the property, and easy to message. The two of them really were so nice and friendly, just to chat casually with even. The room was lovely, very clean and new on the inside (looks like the pics), outside balcony was a little rustic but in a good way and clean. The location was great, so nice and peaceful and quiet. It was a bit hard to find at first but that's because the location is very private. They've got motorbikes for rent and they charged me half as much as most places in VN and it ran perfectly fine. Far enough from busy areas to relax, but less than just 5 min to the Old Town and 10 to An Bang beach. Strongly recommend this place, especially for the price. Great value. I didn't try but they prepare breakfast and served food and drinks. Either way, next time I'm in Hoi An I'll be staying here for sure!!!!

Good place for affordable price, clean room, pleasant owners. We have enjoyed our staying here. Highly recommend for visitors when coming to Hoi An.

My fav stay during my entire Vietnam trip in August 2022.Host is Great.Surrounded by rice fields it's awesome location.very near to old town.Host I hope you remember me we discussed a lot about Indian culture,human relations etc...man if I come to Vietnam again your homestay will be the only reason.

Small beautiful Homestay in Hoi Sản - 10 mins away from the old town but you’ll feel like being isolated in local residential with garden and field view. - the owner is Italian so you may feel the vibes of Mediterranean here. - what I appreciate about them is that they really care for the environment and strive toward sustainability Highly recommend for budget travelers.
