best hair service of my life!!! I was super nervous to get my hair bleached abroad, as I’m super paranoid about having my hair ruined (which is why my grow out got so bad). However, my stylist at concept, Hana, went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, spoke very good English, and an absolute hair god! I’ve never had such a good hair service of my life, and I’m completely obsessed with how my hair turned out. Definitely go to Concept, and ask for Hana! Thank you so much!!

Lovely experience! I have went there 2 months ago with intention to change a colour of my hair. I’ve had a consultation first with Mr. Tom who explained me what would be the best for my hair to look healthy and beautiful. He has been very patient and understanding! I’ve come with damaged and dry hair and left with beautiful and shiny hair. I’ve had done my root touch ups and toner, also keratin treatment and a cut. I am really happy I have listened to him, my hair are definitely healthier. Many hairdresser would just do as you wish without telling you consequences but they care about their clients and they hair care . Definitely coming back very soon.

I’ve cut my own hair for over 15 years now and it’s usually decent but this last time it simply had no shape. Went to concept coiffure, they washed my hair, cut and styled and I’m so happy!! The stylist took the time to explain how to style it and made sure I was happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I chose this place! Concept Coiffure is a very convenient place because I can get my haircut and waxing done at the same place! For my haircut, Ms. Hana was excellent! I wanted some long layers, and she explained everything in detail and did exactly what I wanted. She even took some photos for me later! I love my haircut. And the wax lady, Ms. Lan is the best in town! I will always come to wax on wax off for waxing!

Been travelling for 5 months and desperately needed a hair cut / refresh. The salon is lovely and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. I got a chop and a toner and the stylist did a fantastic job. She took a lot of time and precision and made sure the cut was perfect and that I was happy with it. Highly recommend this salon!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, if I can give 0 stars I would. I received services from this salon 12/30 before I left to go home to America. During my visit I noticed them having to add additional toner multiple times to my hair, when I got home looking under my hair it was orange and not toned at all. They tried to do a root melt on my hair which was not blended and orange close to the roots. Made a mistake of going here in the first place, while trying to talk to the merchant to give me a refund because I’m so dissatisfied as they tried to cover my hair with more dye that I didn’t notice at first. See pictures for reference. Save yourself and go to a better salon. Now I have to get a stylist to fix it here for double the price

After being in Vietnam a few months, I was desperate to get my roots done but so afraid of having my blonde hair ruined. I'm from LA and very picky about my hair, especially after a few bad highlight jobs while travelling. The state of my hair was awful - yellow with dark thick roots. I did my research and this salon is the most recommended for blondes in Saigon. I took a leap of faith and It absolutely did not disappoint!! Hana understood exactly what I was asking for and throughout the whole process the staff took their time to really care for my hair and my experience. She got extremely close to the root and the color blends seamlesly. The head massage during the hair was also incredible and so relaxing. Overall, I'm very pleased and will be coming here from now on!

This is my go-to salon whenever I visit my home city, Saigon. Tri hair stylist is professional and is a great consultant for my balayage options/coloring. He is always very attentive and I am always very happy with the end result of my hair coloring. This time, I wanted something less ashy but blonde and he was able to deliver 200% of what I expect. Highly recommend this hair salon :)

I now come here for a haircut every time I visit Vietnam since I get a better cut than back home in New York. Joyce cut my hair this time, and I will make sure I ask for her next time. She listened to what I wanted, and she took her time with the cut, rather than the rushed experience I get at salons in New York where you are in and out within 30 minutes. Added bonus is the head massage while getting my hair washed, and the gentle face washing that you can also get.

Undoubtedly one of the best hair colourists, Mr. Tri, in Asia! Always feared for brassiness when bleaching my hair and failed multiple times in the Philippines and South Korea since my Japanese hairstylist went back to Tokyo. Extremely happy with the result (:

Superb job on my terrible hair. Prices were reasonable. My stylist Tri was so careful with my hair and gave it more volume as well. Also gave me a head massage that was so relaxing. Happy with my new bouncy and shiny makeover. The staff were friendly and spoke English and were accommodating to your needs. Definitely a place to trust your hair with.

Hello, I came to do Air Touch Balayage here. I just showed the video and booked an appointment. My artist's name is Vu. I have a scalp problem. He understood and gave very good advice. The shop has a serum specifically for preventing scalp irritation. So I had to bleach my hair 2 times. He and his team are very professional. I'm extremely impressed. The bleaching powder doesn't sting the eyes and doesn't smell at all. They use good products. Vu always came to check if my hair was damaged. After finishing, I was very impressed with the hair color. And Vu recommended a method for coloring my hair. I recommend this shop.

So so happy with the results!! I have been a brunette all my life and had been dreaming of going blonde for a long time! I was really nervous about doing it, especially abroad, but Hana took amazing care of me. She first sat down and discussed the colour and price with me and right after began with the process. At a point I had 3 people assisting me so everything went smooth and fast! In the end she recommended me a few products and how to use them to keep my hair healthy! I am super satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
