This place is far beyond excellent compared to other spas in Hanoi. I highly recommend this spa for your massage experience. Very friendly and professional staff, and well trained and skilled masseuses. We had Mia and Rosa and they were very good! We will request them again when we come back shortly. The spa is having a summer promotion and offering great deals. They take credit cards with no fees. The place was just perfect for us!

The spa is in a centralized location and is easy to locate with many shops and cafe in the vicinity. The staff is courteous and polite. My therapist is excellent and professional. One of the best massage and therapy I have so far when travelling. Highly recommended and value for money! Great ambience and place is clean. I will definitely return when I'm back in Hanoi.

My friend and I had a foot massage in L’essence spa today. It’s so great! The receptionist were very nice and helpful, explaining everything about the spa. The therapists were great as well. It’s really nice to have one after a long walk in Hanoi.

Today I had the privilege of visiting L’essence Spa! As I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who is such a sweetheart. She showed me to the waiting room where she served some tea and sweets while I filled out a form letting them know what I preferred during my treatment. After she took me up to the room where I was also warmly welcomed by my massage therapist “Erina” who is actually the head therapist! I was so excited to begin. There’s no words to describe how amazing my treatment was and just having a great therapist such as Erina was just spectacular! I definitely recommend this spa to all!!

L’essence Had the 120 minute full body- hot stone and bamboo massage. This was amazing very thorough and relaxing. The spa itself was very pleasant- giving tea on arrival even just to book a treatment. Also they have a cool indoor fish tank with a 2 cool frogs :)

Luxury is about paying high attention to details, and L’essence has nailed it. From start to finish, the staff has been attentive throughout. A pity we were there too late, so we missed the live music. Almost everyone spoke good English. Steve the receptionist really took care of us. We were served tea before and after the service. The traditional massage was impressive (one of the best I’ve had in S E Asia) but the herbal bath was more like jacuzzi. Among Hanoi’s big pool of spas, this spa definitely deserves to be one of the top.

Enjoyed Signature Massage Herbal Steam and Follow Up Meal The best massage experience in my 5 day Hanoi trip which tried 4 spa shops. The counter service has been very friendly and spoken very good English. Facility very high class with very soft and comfortable environment. Therapists are professional and gentle. The follow up meal is a plus which I have never seen in another spa. Its a high price range spa but delivers around 30-50% more value than the price.

Came here with my partner and we both had the L'Essence Unique Combo package (2hr 45 mins). We had a wonderful, relaxing experience - service was outstanding from start to finish! We were served welcome tea and snacks, and talked through our specifications for the massage. Wendy, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both of our massage therapists were also very professional, warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed the use of hot stone and warm bamboo sticks during the massage. I also really enjoyed the green tea body scrub and herbal bath. The spa decor is beautiful and calming, and everything is extremely clean! We would highly recommend L'Essence Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi - it was such an enjoyable way to relax and recuperate at the end of our Vietnam trip.

We really enjoyed our treatments at L'essence Spa. I got Aroma Therapy Massage and my partner got Vietnamese Massage. Really good price and lovely products used. Nice little gesture with green tea and healthy treats given before and after your massage. We didn't actually book online, we walked in and got our massages straight away. Really nice spa definitely would recommend

This was a great experience. The reception staff are very helpful and not pushy - I think that's because they have a great product. The premises were beautiful and serene. I had an hour long luxury foot treatment and it was excellent. My therapist Kevin was fantastic, very considerate and skilled. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing Experience at L’essence Spa An true relaxing moment. From start to finish. You can absolutely tell they put in the effort to do things right. The staff from the manager Antony to the masseuse Alida gave the best service, I could not ask for more. The massage with bamboo and hot stone was exceptional. The massage staff is well-trained and she can massage the right sore spot. As the massage staff doesn’t know English well, there’re gesture to show her massaging lighter/ stronger. I would recommend more gestures for other meaning such as repeat that spot/ hold/ slower. The enviornment is clean

The place looks really good and the staff are really professional and speak good English too so it's very easy to communicate, from the receptionist to the masseur to the boss who came to speak to us personally. We were presented with snacks and nice tea before and after the treatment. Will consider coming back again for other services, maybe a face massage.

I knew what I was looking for in a massage after having a few average massages in Hanoi. This venue is a bit more expensive but the service before during and after the massage was excellent..great clean facilities with nice relaxing decor. Would visit again if I had more time in Hanoi.
