Food is fresh and delicious. Light is dark enough so make you comfortable to talk with friend and spend time there

New place in town, overall are good, the bartender explained details about the drinks I ordered. I ordered a snack and it tasted good too, but I was full to tried another dish, maybe next time. They have AC in the restroom, I give them the 5 stars for this.

One of the first bar that I’ve been to in a while in Vietnam that really made me believe in the current direction the food and beverage scene is heading in. Every single interaction that we had with the staff members was exceptional. The warm hospitality, friendliness is enough for you to want to visit the place. Drinks and foods are playful, creative, and yet still paying homage to the rich culinary history of Vietnam. I hope that everyone can give the place a try. Definitely one of the must visit in Ho Chi Minh City while you’re there.

Vibes are immaculate. Dark and moody interior with chill music. Drinks are inspired by Vietnamese flavors and dishes. The drinks were amazing. Bartender gave us detailed descriptions of our drinks before we enjoyed. Highly recommend. Great date spot.

My friend introduced me to this place. Love the atmosphere here, it’s chill and private. You can chose the drink on the menu or you can ask the bartender make one suit your taste. The cocktails here are unique cause they mix with local wine and fruit. Staffs and bartenders are helpful and really friendly. The minus point is that you have to climb stairs for getting to the bar 😂, I have bad knee so it’s a minus point in my opinion.

This bar is an elegant play between the traditional Vietnamese style and minimalistic Scandinavian style. The interior design is modern, sleek but warm. True to the name of the bar, fermentation (Ủ) is the central concept of all the drinks, a very manually intense process, using traditional Vietnamese ingredients, child of Vietnam will recall all the elements of history during their childhood with the menu, the drink, and even the decorations. Very creative yet they try to bring back nostalgia using familiar ingredients. Drinks are very delicious. I greatly enjoy my Bac Ha Da Xay and my Che Chuoi . Food are simple but good as a snack between drink. I definitely would like to come back and try more.

I love the music, Vietnamese but being remade modern style. Also the uniform of the staff with this vibe made me love this place more But the drinks is so so. For me I like the cake. Really delicious! Will come here if come back HCM

High end bar with prices to match. I don't think I saw a cocktail for less than 265k. I tried three different ones and they were all brilliant. If you want a table to sit at as opposed to the bar, you should make a reservation. The atmosphere is really great and the decor well done. The staff are well dressed and very professional. The place is just a bit hard to spot from the street so keep your eyes open. We walked past it. the bill came with three different kinds of taxes on it which was surprising. One 5% was mentioned in the menu as VAT but i don't know what the other two were

I totally in love with the environment here. The decoration which is a combination of aesthetic and modernize. Service is 100/10 :) If you need a place to chill, relaxing after a long working day, definitely one of the best option to consider But the place is quite small, so if u come over weekend, should call for a reservation at first

This bar is a special place. Great atmosphere, chill vibe, *excellent* bartenders. Zea in particular showed how good the cocktail craft is here, and made me feel like I stumbled into the best hidden bar in Saigon. The drink menu and bar bites menu aren’t huge, but everything on it is intentional and with care. They have fun here and care about what they do, and it shows.

After a lovely dinner at Mien restaurant downstairs, we had the pleasure of ending the night at U Bar with cocktails expertly prepared by Zea. Amazing taste, and exceptional service by the entire team - we will be back! 🍸🍹 Thank you for the excellent recommendations Zea!

great vibe. great drinks. great bartenders. I came here with family and friends and all enjoyed the experience. Defitenly I will return.
