Had an amazing scooter adventure through the park. The front gate is the way google maps will take you but there is different route. From the main road less than 50 meters or so depending which way you are coming from you will see a sign for a cafe. Follow it once down that road make your first right then your first left and drive it until the end. You will see a man wanting payment. He'll say 20,000 but offer 10000 and take your scooter over the bridge to your right. There are 3 areas to look at the stadium, the waterpark and the dragon. You will find little cute along the way. In the dragon there are some creepy areas where nature has taken over. It is such a beautiful area. I'm so happy I went there. Side note the road is a bit bumpy in some spots so take it slow.

Cool place! Paid 50K for 2, but if you insist you can get in for free. NW corner of the loop can get very muddy if it's raining. If you're by motorbike just do the half-loop and ride back.

Amazing and unique experience, one of the best things to do in Hue for adventurous people. This abandoned waterpark had a few strangely located structures scatter around a huge human-made lake. We could not really imagine how this park could have worked in 2004 with those very long walking distances and without restaurants. We decided to drive to the back entrance with our scooters and a "security guard" immediately drove to us, handed us a small handwritten paper with a note that the park is unsafe. We offered to pay 20k dong per person, promised to not climb anywhere, and were ready to explore the area.

It’s a great place to be if you love abandoned buildings. A little bit of a fight to go in, as a suggestion do not take the main road go via the village much easier and you don’t have to argue with the people. We found an old army veteran and he showed us around and told us stories and his tales from the past.

This is the abandoned Thuy Tien lake that you should come and take some check-in photos ❤️ the dragon head looks very scary from above but it's worth your time here 🥰 It's becoming the most iconic lake in Hue since so many photographers come here and make it even more popular 😍 Please come early before 4PM or else you are not allowed to enter the dragon and please be careful on the stairs because they are quite old, are not safe to climb up. If you want to take photos on the dragon head, don't stand on the edge, it can fall at anytime 🥺 For your safety here, be careful on every steps 💋

It's a must experience, very creepy!! If you go to the main gate there's a guardian and you need to bribe him to get in, about 10.000vnd may be alright. But, I think you can get in by another gate for free. In my case we went to the main and we paid him but then I checked out Maps.me and there's apparently a free gate somewhere else. Better to rent a bicycle or a motorcycle at the city and go by your own, it's very close and easy to find.

The Ho Thuy Tien waterpark in hue vietnam was never completed and was left abandoned more than ten years ago. I has become an amazing overgrown ghost park in the jungle. Great place to visit!

The park was abandoned so it looks scary. You couldn't pay anything to reach the dragon. If you travel by motorbike, from the main gate there is a small way to go. You could go straight ahead to a white statue, turn left and you could see the dragon. It's unsafe to go inside the dragon because there are many broken glasses under the ground but you could take photographs on the outside. Be careful with your steps because everything is very old. There are many pine trees around the lake so you should go before 5 pm (If you visit late, there is no light so It will become dangerous)

If you can get in this is the most incredible place to visit! We loved exploring and taking photos of the abandoned site.

Known as “abandoned water park” in Hue. Athough the water park was closed, and the securities are all around but it’s worth to see it if you try to come inside. Who knows. Good luck 🍀
