Visited for a cocktail last night on recommendation of a Friend who has known the owner Brad for Decades . Welcomed like old Friends , was very quiet in AnBang which allowed some great conversations to be had . Throughly enjoyed meeting Brad , and altho we didn’t eat ( having done so earlier ) my Ginger Waves Cocktail was lovely ….. check it out !!

WOW!! Stumbled upon the RED LANTERN, and I'll tell you what ... we had a blast! We definitely left as friends.  Brad and everyone there was sooooo welcoming and wonderful. We felt like family when we walked in, AND when we staggered out.  Brad & his crew have tons of great stories, and they're willing to share 'em with wayfaring strangers. OH, the cocktails were awesome & nicely balanced (which is not always the case in this part of the world). So if yer in the hood, swing by and meet some great people!! Saw this place from the street and said “that looks cool”. Went in and fell in love with the passion fruit mojito. Fell in love with the owner, Brad, even more. We travel often to An Bang from our home in Thailand. Brad has become like family and this place is our home base. Funky, New Orleans jazz vibe with an Asian twist and cocktails to die for. And the Huda beer is always cold.

This place is in a quiet fishing village 4 kms away from the hustle bustle of Hoi An. It's very close the beach side. It has a lovely atmosphere. The host was great and lovely. It's a place where you can sit down and have conversations with people.. Good place for a late evening beer.

Great live jazz at this jazzy open-air club. The owner is cool and attentive, appreciating patrons and great jazz. The Jazz duo were tops… playing old favs and new tunes. We had a great time and enjoyed our cocktails. Love the An Bang beach area location! Good place to frequent!!

Best cocktail bar in An Bang (and actually, our whole Vietnam trip) by miles. The cocktails are amazing- I am fussy about cocktails but these really are great, I tried almost the whole menu (oops) and all were delicious. Come for the drinks, stay for the vibe. Brad will make you feel like part of the family instantly, and you’ll find yourself coming back night after night! Also, the prices are extremely fair for such a high quality offering.

Dung is a top-class mixologist with a lot of experience. Brad has more than a story or 3 tell. They are the 2 business parners you'll meet in this very friendly establishment on the main road through An Bang village. Prices are really keen. And if you've already had that experience where you're offered beer with ice or beers that have only been chilled for a short while, the beers here are PROPERLY cold! Otherwise, Brad wouldn't be drinking them. The business motto is "come as a stranger, leave as a friend" and it's that type of environment. Look out for the Red Lanterns or the Primary School the cocktail bar is opposite. Open 'til late. See you soon.
