We
booked
this
hotel
through
booking
.com
,we
were
totally
mis
informed
about
the
current
functioning
of
this
hotel
,
It
is
almost
empty
and
requires
a
good
clean
throughout
,the
windows
in
our
bedroom
you
couldn't
see
out
of
they
were
that
dirty
,the
TV
had
to
be
replaced
as
no
sound
,and
the
hot
water
was
tepid
,breakfast
is
minimal
and
does
not
cater
for
Europeans
,we
had
a
real
test
getting
an
omelette
as
no
one
speaks
English
.Our
room
was
very
dark
and
the
hotel
has
not
been
prepared
to
receive
guests
after
lockdown
,
there
is
only
one
restaurant
open
and
caters
for
Asian
culture
.
The
pool
area
could
be
very
pretty
but
is
neglected
,the
floor
in
the
pool
felt
slimy
as
if
not
cleaned
,there
were
three
lifeguards
on
duty
,but
with
almost
nothing
to
do
,when
it
is
obvious
there
are
things
to
do
,
no
beds
on
the
beach
,no
type
of
food
available
around
the
pool
everything
is
closed
up
,
until
this
hotel
gets
a
good
clean
makeover
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
,save
your
money
!
We
tried
to
get
our
money
back
via
booking
dot
com
but
we're
not
helpful
and
the
hotel
reception
did
not
understand
,
Whatever
you
read
about
this
hotel
via
booking.com
do
not
believe
it
as
true
!
We
were
robbed!!
