Fantastic hotel located just steps away from action at the port. I took ferry to Mar de Ons and missed my return boat and had to stay two more hours on an island paradise. Poor me. Travel North or South 30 minutes by car to mix it up. Vigo is the heart of the action. Hotel is very convenient to casual and high end food. Everything is inexpensive by American standards and the Spanish the nicest people to meet. Don’t rush anything. Do you Vigo visit like the natives. Grab some world-class seafood and enjoy the local wines; which are awesome.

The location is good & close to city center. Friendly & easy check in. The parking is few blocks away & not that convenient, still costs 13 Euros! Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable & was squeezing upon turning while sleep that kept waking me.

Not so far from Camino path, close to tourist Center where you can get a stamp, and within short walking distance to the Main Street with foods and shop. I got the room on 2nd floor which doesn’t have very good view but the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness could be improved for the hotel of this price-range. Only one bottle of water was provided upon checked in regardless of how many nights you stay. Staffs are friendly but not so much knowledge about the Camino.

The room is nice albeit a little dated. Staff is lovely. No upgrade for gold status. Parking is challenging. Fire alarm went off when we were showering. I’m not sure about whether the hotel is for me. It’s a bit challenging at each point. I’m usually much more comfortable in AC hotels

Nothing special. I am not sure why it is 4☆. I got complementary water and thats it. Room was small. I asked for 2 beds and got 1. I stayed my second night at a hostal before starting my camino and got a better night of sleep there than I did at the hotel.

Great Marriott! And Great Location! Right downtown Vigo. Breakfast at the AC hotels are ALWAYS amazing!

I stayed here one night as I was doing some work project just around the corner. Reception was warm and welcoming, as a matter of fact all staff were incredibly genuine in their willingness to help. The room was great value, very spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Great location, although it can get noisy from cars, trucks, and people partying if you get an ocean front room on the lower levels. Rooms are standard AC Rooms. Very clean, design on the modern side, plenty of different types of pillows. Bathrooms are to a very good standard. Very good breakfast, EDIT: there is now room service with a short but good menu. Also, there are plenty of options to eat very close to the hotel, as well as a supermarket (Merca Express) and several gourmet stores.

As hotel goes, It depends on what you're looking for, this one is located right in front of the port, so if you want to go visit the islands, which is a National Park, it's perfect, its also located in the downtown.. But if you're looking to walk to beautiful beaches, this is not the place for you. The facilities are quite modern and you can tell. It has been renovated not too long ago.

A beautiful city hotel, very modern and close to all of Vigo’s restaurants and marina.
