Best location to get to Cies Island. Hotel needs a bit of renovations. Hard stone floor makes it a bit uncomfortable and noisy. Good breakfast.

The external appearance of this hotel is ugly and in need of urgent improvement.The reception staff are friendly and helpful.The bedroom is spatious with nice views of Vigo estuary or the Old Town. The bathroom has a good shower.The food was good. The waiting staff are good and all helpful. The hotel has a fantastic location. As for the air conditioning it didn't function properly in Bedroom 801.

Very big, spacious room and nice location of the hotel. The wifi was good and the breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, they could have been more clear regarding the cost and booking of the breakfast buffet. Otherwise, great stay!

Clean, quiet, good location and reasonable price. Best thing was a powerful shower with plenty of hot water.

We booked a sea view studio room. It was spacious and the view was beautiful. The room had all equipments mentioned on the website and maintained. Everything was clean and they cleaned regularly. A comfortable, relaxing stay.

We were very happy with everything. We were given a high room with a great view of the port. I think it was an upgrade as we only paid the basic room price. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk to everything including the Cies Island ferry. Paid for breakfast on an ad hoc basis - very good selection, hot and cold. Great value for money hotel and breakfast.

Great location near the waterfront with a view of the bay (the upgrade to ocean view was a nice surprise!). Our room was very clean, I would only suggest firmer pillows as ours were a bit flattened. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice variety. All in all, we were very happy with this hotel.

Amazing! Our room was very spacious we were staying in one of the apartments that had a kitchen and lounge area. Very clean. Receptionist was very helpful and nice. The view was unbelievable. Really enjoyed our stay here

80s style hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and available to help us to see more of the city. The breakfast was fine, the usual hotel breakfast with everything fresh.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Nothing too much out of the ordinary and in line with the cost and hotel ranking. It did feel a bit dated. The bathtub had nice jets, but there was plenty of water on the floor afterwards. TV set was old and small. The views were nice. The breakfast was ok, but probably not worth the extra cost. Go to a local place for some fresh churros and coffee instead.

We stayed here for 3 nights and over all the experience was good as we mostly sleep in the room. When we arrived they were preparing the room and we had to wait 20 mins but it was balanced when they didn’t go hard with the checkout. The location of the hotel is excellent, the ferries to cues, one and Cangas are right I front, also there are good restaurants and a mall right in the vicinity. The staff was friendly and fluent with English, they helped us with all sort of information required, and allowed us to keep our luggage on the day of check out. Thing which I don’t like about the hotel is as it is four start then our expectation was to get the facilities like kettle, tea/coffee bags, water bottles upon arrival in the room. Rest of the things were good like the space in the room is quite sufficient, the room is equipped with well plugs and usb charging ports, bathroom area is also sufficient.

We parked in the casino public parking which is quite close to the hotel. Fast check in. We booked a studio sea view room for 2 nights. Requested a high up room and got one on 13th floor near the top of the hotel. Amazing harbour and sea views. Window is same width as the room. Had an issue with the windows not closing, reported it the next day and it was fixed the next day. No issues the next night. Big room with kitchenette. Also big bathroom with wall to wall marble tiling. Walls are thin and can hear noise from other rooms. It's a very handy location for going on the boat to the Cies and other islands as you take the boat from the boat docks near the hotel.

Worst place to stay on our vacation for 2 weeks in Europe. You can literally hear people walking either above or below you. Unless you want to party all night, this place is for you.

It's a bit old but a good value. It is located right in front of the port, so there are lots of activities in things to do close by.

When selecting a room with view it's beautiful. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All personnel was very friendly from the front desk to waiters..

The location and view was great. It is close to the old town, restaurants and ferry. Breakfast was excellent. The bedroom could do with updating and no air conditioning. The staff on reception were lovely, friendly and most helpful. Would definitely return.
