Very nice hotel in a central location, there is limited parking outside, there is a lift to all floors and the room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, in the lobby downstairs there is a small cafe/restaurant serving light meals and pastries, there is also a bar, well worth a visit, can definitely recommend.

We stayed here for two nights. The location was very good. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly. My room was on the 6th floor and did not have a window looking outside. There was a window at the wall that was being opened to the hallway. i wouldnt stay here for longer periods as the room got really stuffy and i didnt want to leave the window open as anyone could enter the room very easily from the hallway.

Comfortable and cozy, affordable and loads of space in our room. The bathroom was old fashioned, fully tiled in pink, but clean and functional, with good water pressure and very hot water. Good sized bathtub as well, but only bath gel/shampoo was provided so if you need it bring your own conditioner. Breakfast cost extra and we didn’t get it, but it looked average. The free coffee was disappointing, but there are loads of cafes all around that will serve amazing coffee for a low price. Fantastic, beautiful location! Helpful and friendly front desk service.

The place is ok if you just intend to sleep here overnight. It's not suitable for all day stay or quarantine stay. Breakfast is the same everyday. The first room I stayed had no AC, only heater is working. They suggested to open the window but the window opens up to a corridor, not good for security. So I requested for another room which has a window that opens up to the street. Service is poor. My tv remote is broken and I requested for a replacement but it wasn't done. Tough luck if you are passing through the corridors with your bags and the cleaning cart is on the way. The corridors are narrow.

Everything about our room was fine apart from a broken thermostat. We finally figured out how to work with it even though it was broken, and the staff were helpful in figuring that situation out. Once cool air was on, the room was much more comfortable. The only other issue I had was that because we asked for a second twin bed to be moved to the room in order to accommodate three persons along with the double bed already in the room, the twin bed didn't end up having sheets on it. Just a blanket and pillow on a blue mattress.

Not excellent for the price but the service is absolutely amazing, the staff could not be better, and it's almost central. Nothing missing, just no extras for the price that it is. I would come back again in a heartbeat but only if I couldn't find anything better for less money.

The hotel was cheap and it was reasonably good. Not much luxury, but it was clean.

The hotel location is right on the Camino, so if you’re doing the Camino the location is excellent. But we had called ahead to ask how much we had to pay to leave the bicycles until the next day or two, but they charged us more when we got to the hotel. The room was ok and clean, but old. Same for the bathroom. Some of the wall tiles were starting to detach from the wall. The room had only one window but it opened to a shaft in the middle of the building and we could hear people talking and shouting at each other.

Room was very spacious, hotel was clean & the location was good. Beds were okay. Older building it seems so everything is quite narrow - elevator was tiny - if you’re claustrophobic don’t take the elevator! Easy access to the Camino route.

Great location and nice rooms. However, my room did not have proper working air conditioning. Especially when it was 40C+ all day and night. Most staff did not have the best English skills. However, they were still incredibly helpful
