I
had
booked
the
place
for
2
nights.
I
arrive
there,
there
is
no
reception,
just
a
bar.
I
talk
to
the
receptionist/waiter
and
he
tells
me
there
is
a
problem
and
he
only
has
a
room
to
give
me
for
one
night.
Then,
disappointed,
I
said
that
I
will
find
another
hotel
for
the
2nd
night
and
he
agreed
to
charge
me
only
for
one
night.
He
told
us
to
go
to
the
city
while
someone
cleans
the
room.
It
took
an
hour
and
a
half.
When
we
came
back,
he
told
us
that
he
charged
us
for
the
2nd
night
because
he
realized
that
he
had
the
room
available
actually.
He
charged
me
while
I
was
away
and
without
my
consent.
Then
I
had
to
call
Expedia
to
inform
them
of
the
trifling
situation
at
hand.
While
I'm
in
the
room
and
on
the
phone
with
Expedia,
the
electricity
is
stopped
for
20
minutes.
In
the
end
I
managed
to
get
Expedia
to
cancel
my
2nd
night
there
and
to
ask
the
receptionist
to
return
the
money
he
had
taken
off
of
my
credit
card
without
my
consent
and
while
I
was
away.
Avoid
this
hotel
at
all
costs.
Reply
to
the
all
caps
comment:
Had
you
not
tampered
with
our
reservation
for
two
nights,
everything
would
have
gone
smoothly.
Because
of
this
we
had
to
have
a
feeling
of
insecurity
during
the
middle
of
our
vacation.
Also,
after
a
customer
informs
you
with
your
agreement
that
he
wants
to
modify
the
reservation,
you
cannot
charge
him
without
his
consent
and
enter
his
hotel
room
while
he's
away
in
the
city.
Also,
don't
serve
coffee
while
your
hotel
guests
are
waiting
to
be
checked
in.
Extreme
lack
of
efficiency
and
professionalism.
