Noisy and smelly. There were crowds of bedbugs in my room. Got severe allergic reaction after bedbugs' bites and have still visible spots on my body even if 2 weeks have passed since I lived there. Horrible! Don't recommend.

Having arrived after a 28k walk one would think anything would do for a nights sleep, but a room rank with smoke was all we were offerd. I'm told other rooms looked better.

A place in Casco Vello perfect for a stay overnight. The service is attending and helpful. We needed a place just to sleep and for that this hotel was a good choice.

El personal es muy simpático, pero el mobiliario de las habitaciones no es de gran calidad. La elección al realizar los cuartos de baño no fue muy acertada, la persiana de la habitación es interior, y le han dado a todo mano de pintura pero no termina de encajar la cosa. Aún así tiene su "toque" con los techos altos y las puertas enormes que recuerdan a antiguos palacios (pero es lo único reggio del edificio).

Buenas, el hotel es adecuado al precio. Desde luego que tiene sus defectos, como el mantenimiento del mismo, pero hay que recordar que es un precio muy ajustado. La limpieza es buena, la amabilidad de sus empleados es destacable y difícilmente mejorable en el rango de precios en el que nos movemos. Si quieres sentirte un Rey te vas a un hotel de 80€ la noche, pero si lo que quieres es ahorrar algo de dinero y estar en el centro pues no es mala elección.
