I love the store!! Their showcase is impressive, constantly changing it with different themes.... knowing Natalia (the owner) I couldn't resist her classes. He is always there to answer any questions you have. You have wool, threads, button fabrics of various qualities, prices and, above all, colors... a luxury!!

It has great wool, not the typical ones you find in other stores, no acrylics, all natural wool and very good quality! She also teaches classes, I have been a student and it is amazing how much the teacher controls! As soon as I can I will return.

The perfect yarn store! If you are in Santiago and you like Fainoti wool, it is a mandatory stop. They have Drops yarns, malabrigo, kauni, etc. in addition to a wide variety of fabrics and accessories for crochet and knitting (Including the wonderful Hiya hiya) And to top it all off, the service is unbeatable, Natalia helps you and advises you on whatever you need.

5.16.23. The store is on the Camino and is the cutest store with an amazing selection of yarn. A TON of Malabrigo and also local yarn dyed in Spain. It’s so cute and the proprietor is super friendly. 🧶🧶🧶🧶

Beautiful wool and accessories store!! Located in the old area of Santiago. Great variety of wool, a great assortment of colors in virgin wool from Astorga sheep. Scraps of fabric with beautiful motifs and drawings. Crochet accessories, sewing, knitting, patchwork... Very pleasant attention. Courses are given in various types of crafts.

It is a beautiful store, full of color, with a lot of wool and it is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Santiago. Its owner is very nice, with infinite patience that was a great help to me.

My negative comment is mainly due to the treatment received in my first purchase in your store (which I made alone, without a pet), which was when you made it very clear to me that you only deign to help those who take your course, not even a simple or small doubt. Clarification for whoever buys anything from you. The thing about my dog was the straw that broke the camel's back, because in that second purchase you had no qualms about selling me the products I requested. I do not agree at all with your comment that I did not pay any attention to you, since the second I reacted by leaving my dog separated at the door, and I assured you that I took full responsibility for any damage that she could cause (taking into account that weighs 1,950 grams... that never barks or complains... come on, a danger). You can turn this around as many times as you want... but a little empathy and self-criticism wouldn't hurt. Anyway, good luck!
