We love all the tapas at this restaurant, so ordered 9 of them this time. Staff are friendly although we don't understand the language on the menu

Amazing place on Vigo to eat delicious local sea food. All dishes I ordered were tasty. Also the service was very good. I wish to come back again.

Super fresh seafood prepared in the right way We have visited Taberna A Pedra twice for dinner at the end of September. Booking is needed, there is a strong inflow of tourists at 8PM when it opens, after 9.30PM one might drop in. We took four-four tapas each time. The seafood is amazingly fresh, prepared just perfectly. The mussels were the best I ate in a restaurant, the zamburinas were just perfectly made. Whatever they grill or steam is just fresh, perfectly prepared. Service is very good too.

What a busy restaurant! Book early to avoid the wait... So glad we booked for 8pm. There was a huge queue within minutes of opening! Atmosphere great, food scrumptious, wine delicious, prices good value, staff friendly, (Even though busy) and quick service. Recommend the scallops....Amazing. Cheesecake is like egg custard... But nice! What more can anyone ask for?! Would definitely recommend a visit.

Incredible place. I had the chipirones and it was some of the best seafood I have ever had. The tarta de queso was also delicious. The staff were really friendly and by the time I left the place was full of locals. Make sure you visit this place if you're in Vigo! Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic! The food is sincere, scrumptous, pure... Respect to the deep wine enthusiasm of Miguel. He is renowned by the outstanding bodegas as he is a walking encyclopedia of Galician wines !It's one of the best pairing ever! Leave yourselves totally to his hands. You won't regret it!

Get here early to get a table 8 pm sharp. Otherwise, you would have to wait. We had muscles, scallops, baby squid, sardines, and fried green peppers, all of which were very fresh, tasty. Must try cheese cake.

Def a must visit eatery in Vigo! Do come early before they open at 8 or make reservation to avoid long wait time! I went there as a single traveler and had to go back twice so I can try more food. Jordan, the male staff speaks good English and was really friendly. The scallop, the octopus, and fried Sardine were amazing! The scallop, in particular was so fresh and flavour was on point! They charged for bread (EUR1.7) so opt out and let them know if you don’t need one so you can have more space for food. The only item I found slightly off was Padron pepper which is too bitter vs. what i have elsewhere throughout the trip.

Nice restaurant of tapas in the centre os Vigo. The food is very tasty and simple, and the price is affordable. The space is small, it's better to reserve.

This is an amazing mamas and papas restaurant in the heart of the old town district in Vigo. You must try the Roxa and for dessert you must not miss out on the Tarta de Queso, it’s to die for!!! Really..

Absolutely incredible seafood, delicious wine, and wonderful atmosphere. I was able to eat a lot of gluten free options because the seafood was all GF if you don’t eat the bread and ask your friends to dip their bread into the sauce after you’re done eating

Very tasty sea food and meat. The best are squids. Great home made wine.

Delicious seafood, highly recommended, if you are at Vigo, Spain close to the cruise pier go there to eat quality food for your money. Service was great and the local very clean.

Really really good and authentic galician food for a good price. Nice ambient in the small streets of the old town. Sadly, we felt kind of undesirable for being non-spanish, but could also be a wrong feeling. However, good place there!

The current Google review rating it's totally overrated. The food quality expectation was quite high, in particular the Octopus. The real experience was a total disaster but at least the staff was really kind, fun and attentive to their customers.

Some of the best food I've ever eaten. We stumbled across this gem by pure chance. Highly recommended. Go the Polpo.

I really liked the food, although the octopus serving size could be bigger! A very cozy and nice environment tough, I recommend the place.

We were a table of 9 without a booking and they accommodated us beautifully. The food was simply out of this world! The only minus is that due to its size and being such a large group we felt like we should leave after 2 hours of eating their sublime tapas menu (razor clams were the highlight for the group) and drinking their beautiful local wine as there was a queue beginning to form out the door. Having said that - do NOT let this hinder you from going here. Our group will remember this venue for years to come. Incredibly well priced as well.... It was perfect. Ps. Didn't manage to get a photo of the razor clams as they weren't on the table long enough....

Amazing you can’t miss this place if you visit Vigo

The food was okay, but the pulpo was just awful, oversalted, just boiled and tossed in olive oil. The conscious waitress sent it back to the kitchen and it was given back to me, so at least it was edible, but still not great. Just the service was good. Just don't order the pulpo

Great Galician food. The octopus and zamburiñas were remarkably good. The place is quite small so it is recommended to book in advance. The staff was super friendly.

😠 Muy mal servicio, encontre un insecto en mi comida y la camarera cuando se lo dige cogio un cuchillo y arrasto el insecto por todo el plato sin pedir disculpas ni traer un plato nuevo y limpio. Esperando que lo comiera. Scandalous how I ordered a pancake and I got it with a bug in the fruits, when...
