I did not stay at this hotel but I tried their conference room. The room is big and very spacious. Also it has good lighting. Hotel decoration is a bit vintage and I honestly like these decorations so I do not find it a problem. The pastries in the coffee break were delicious and the food during lunch was fine. I tried several galicien tapas and I found them tasty ( First time to be in Galicia though). The staff is very nice and welcoming. They have a super view from the rooftop but also I heard this is the same view from the rooms.

Supposedly 4*, decent but not exceptional. Good location close to the harbour. Breakfast was ok. Small café bar rather than a restaurant on site. Plenty of restaurants nearby

The room was amazing, and after a tough day walking the Camino, the bath was out of this world. The room was huge with a king-sized bed. Staff are very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. Price was a bargain

Our room faces a courtyard so both us and all the rooms opposite have the shutters and blinds pulled down all the time. Large, spacious rooms, but the bathroom is in need of updating. The bed is comfortable and sheets and towels clean and very white. The staff are extremely helpful and give service with a smile. The location is fantastic and close to everything as well as being on the seafront/marina. The restaurant is a Cosy atmosphere and offers good food at great prices.

Great location; rooms need updating. Team members very obliging and compensated for the room quality.

We are Pilots and sleep in more than 200 Hotels each year. Yesterday was a realy long and stressfull day. As soon as we came into the Hotel, it was half past one at night, the Man behind the reception helped us as much as he can to solve all our problems. Many thanks for that. We will visit you again as soon as we are in Vigo. Greetings.

Stopped for coffee here whilst we were on a cruise, really friendly service and great drinks all round, came with complimentary cakes too. Level access for wheelchair users and ramped steps for inside access

Clean comfortable. Good surrounding. Next to shore. Many eateries. Special mention to breakfast at top floor. Simple happy breakfast with press sweet orange juice, local breakfast and gorgeous view from top floor.

Service was good the breakfast lay out and the bar areas need updating and staffing issues

The best thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff on reception. Helpful and efficient. The rooms aren't bad, they're clean and fairly comfortable, but they really need renewal. The buffet breakfast was very poor, although at least it's served in a lovely room with great views. Great location. Overall, not bad but in need of much improvement and it's not cheap for what it offers.

I really enjoyed the two nights I spent in here. Kinf staff, great views, good food... excellent. Maybe what I'm not really happy with the cleaning part. The rest was all great

Cozy hotel, but no air-conditioning, it was hot in a room on 11th August. However this deficiency comprehensivly recovered by beautiful food and great staff. Thank You guys very much for assisting me with a safe in a room

This cannot be a great stay. But it is decent. Rooms doesn't have even tea bags with hot water maker. Food is like fixed menu for room service. You cannot choose from the menu. Felt like quarantined. Location is good. Thumbs up for cleanliness.

I really enjoyed my room as well as the breakfast at the 5th floor with stunning views.

I stayed here for four days. The room, service and bar was good. The only thing that bother me was the cleaning ladies that use the halls and corridors like their own homes, yelling and chattering without noticing that being the floor ceramic, the noise insulation is inexistent

Friendly staff and clean large rooms but the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast on top floor with good views of the harbour. Need extra staff in the bar as only one member on duty coping with bar and restaurant. On the downside, the meals not up to the 4star rating of the hotel. The food was very bland and undercooked. Meals were sent back from 3 different people on one occasion.🏨
