Facilities are not in agreement with a 4 stars hotel. 1st room with external noise. 2nd room with mal function air conditioning. Wc not working properly.

Nice view from room but hotel is a little dated. Doors to balcony difficult to open and aircon didn't work, hot water was also erratic. Staff helpful and friendly and breakfast was great on roof top terrace.

I reserved an “Executive” room. As a result, I expected a decent room as it’s a 4 star hotel. However, the room turns out to be a “basic” room, which was about 10 feet by 10 feet. Worse, the window looked out onto an air well - see pic. Really awful. Never again.

Right in the centre, with a beautiful view having breakfast on the top floor. Very sweet service, offering free water and apples any time. Nice big and clean rooms with a good heating. Very comfortable. Even with the Christmas boom it wasn't too expensive.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The reception staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. The hotel doesn't have it's own car park so anyone staying will need to find a car park, there are several very close, I would suggest ringing the hotel first so that they can give you the post/zip code. I would definitely stay there again and Vigo city is beautiful.

Very comfortable, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Despite having a relatively limited choice, the restaurant/cafe on the roof was very good, we ate dinner and lunch there and were very satisfied. Would recommend for a stay in Vigo.

I like this hotel a lot. It is well located close to the old town of Vigo and for the harbour where you can catch the ferry to Cangas or to the Iles Cies. The hotel has a small roof top area where you have breakfast and which is also open in the evenings for drinks.

Great place to stay in Vigo. People at the desk was simply awesome, charming and welcoming. The room was super clean as well as common areas in the hotel. The details (such as water or fruits) offered for free in the corridors were something to be grateful for. Breakfast is given at the cafe which is at the 7th floor. It is a cosy room with an open air terrace where you can have a relaxed moment to begin your day. Breakfast is very good, fresh fruit and juice, cheese, ham, salami, chorizo, and of course a table loaded of bakery. Coffee is just good, and the waiters ask you if you want fried or scramble eggs to make it for you in that very moment.

hotel very close to the tourist port, the room was clean and the furnitures in good conditions, the only pain point was the lack of socket to charge the phones, only one available in thr bathroom. the staff is very friendly and there are free bottles of water available at every floor.

The view from the terrace was amazing, the hotel is a bit old and our room (502) was hot all the time, they checked the air conditioning and it was "perfect" I guess it is old and it was never cold. We had to open the window. Coffee and wine were ok, staff very friendly. The guy at the front desk gave us an umbrella for the raining day and kept our luggage safe for a few hours.

Wonderful hotel in great location! So much to walk to so close. Right by the water. Such a friendly and helpful staff!! Thank you. Very nice breakfast and the view from the terrace is a cool way to star the day. Clean rooms!

The location of the hotel is just perfect, the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, everything is fancy and nice quality. The service of the staff is excellent and friendly, they always help you. I highly recommend this hotel. Is absolutely 5 stars hotel

Location is excellent in the heart of the center. Rooms so-so, doors were paper thin and could hear everything. For a short stay good.
