A good option for stay on Vigo, nice room and excellent staff, the only one bad thing is limited parking, if not added on the booking will need pay around 18 euros per night or parking outside of the hotel on free public white areas.

Amazing hotel. Very convenient for our trip through Spain. Even better was the fact we got a free upgrade.

Front desk personnel shined at this hotel. Pablo and Raul were very helpful and professional. The room was big, clean, and well located.

This hotel is wonderful. If you are there on business, it’s perfect for its location. We were hiking the Camino and we were almost a mile from city center. Just too far away from the best parts of town.

If you care about your dignity and mood, it's better to avoid this hotel. Few hostels have the level of bad attitude and negativity as I encountered tonight at the reception upon inicial check-in. Being polite, cultured and nice made no difference for the female employee.

We traveled to vigo to have seafood from porto .. we always stay at Eurostar. This hotel provided a dinner recommendation of el mosquito .. it was the worst experience .. our friend wrapped her sandy gritty mussels in a napkin to throw away .. our 32-36 sole was charged 70 euro and when we asked there was no answer .. I have lived in Europe for three years and felt like for the first time I was targeted as a tourist

Enjoyed our stay is the Eurostars Hotel. Wonderful view the harbor from our room. The breakfast was excellent. They have a place to store bicycles.

From the reception and being greeted by the very lovely attentive Catarina my stay here was great.. the rooms were comfy and always cleaned.. though a slight distance from Downtown there was the option for parking and the walk to downtown was easy.. definitely would stay here again..

Not a great place to stay unless you are there for a convention during Monday through Thursday. We thought it would be nice to stay on the ocean, but service offerings extremely limited, no coffee in rooms (we had a limited mini bar with an empty KitKat wrapper in it) and it is actually pretty far from any tourist-friendly eating. We arrived with our family on a Sunday afternoon in mid-June and there were very limited offerings anywhere nearby to eat. Mostly clean but dated facility--uninspired for such a beautiful town. Nice but expensive breakfast with lovely views--recommend places nearer to old-town city center for holiday for sure.

Comfortable rooms, clean and good ambient. Very good food for breakfast and dinner. Didn't really like the high walled bathtub, difficult to get in or out.

The room was ok. It was needed to pay more to jave a 2 pax bed. Parking is also payed. The breakfast was okey but not a 4 stars level - no gluten free products no real choice suitable for vegan. Front desk personal not very nice, felt like they where doing a favour to receive clients. The worst thing was cafetaria service: in new years eve, they told us we would be able to eat till 10 pm and at 09:20 the cafetaria lady told no more service, with really bad manners - inadmissable in a 4 starts place. We only got some food after complaining - this happened with a lot of other costumers. The place is, at best, a good 3 stars hotel. Organization and cafetaria service are 2 stars max. Price/quality is not worth, as there is not a 4 stars service, at all. I can only say i will not repeat. Not recomendable.

Great room with big balcony and a view to the port. A bit far from the city center and not many things to do around the hotel. Overall a very nice experience.

Spacious, comfortable room and terrace (ours had a view of the sea), friendly and helpful staff, and only a 10 minute walk from the old town. Admittedly, the hotel is situated in an unattractive, industrial area of the port, but it has its own car park (for an additional fee), it's clean, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. If you can get a good deal, it's definitely worth considering.

Hotel is far from the city center. Room service is only from 8pm to 11pm. Menu is limited and not very tasty. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is good but bit crowded. Street parking is free. Hotel parking is €9 daily. Receptionist left us on hold for a long time but, more accommodating if you go down and speak to them in person

Has all the facilities needed for a cosy and comfortable stay. It is along the coast so the view is cool. The breakfast buffet is adequate to start your day. The rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary facilities. The Wi-Fi is fast and accessible for guests. The available staff(due to Covid protocols) were warm and friendly. Overall, a good place to stay while in vigo

Only reason for not having 5 stars is due to the amount of noise from the street. The room was excellent and of such high quality. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom and the bed. Even fashion and interior designers would have been satisfied. Travelling around Portugal and Spain for 19 days - the breakfast buffet here was definitely the best. There was something for everyone. Only problem with the buffet is that it encourages you to eat too much.. hah ;) Btw. there is a gym but the downside is that you are only able to do pull exercises with cables. They definitely should look out for a pressing machine or even better - a bench press.

Nice hotel, but quite far from the main city points.

Terrible! Got stolen by roomservice ://// Sadly, I forgot a new expensive perfume. I went back next day at 8.30 am to pick it up. The governance + a manager just said 'nothing was found' even if I insisted... no solutions or collaboration from their side no words to add ...
