Disgraceful that they charged €16 per hour pp for use of the pool!!! No discount for kids!! This ended up costing us €64 to use the pool for one hour with our 2 children!! Expectations were high ... pool was mediocre!! Pool is not wheelchair accessible .... disgraceful at this day and age!! Should use of the pool not come part and parcel of a 5 star booking??!! Also despite having parking advertised they charged an additional €16 per night!! Total rip off!! Please be explicit in your advertising that pool and parking are extras!!!

Firstly, the location can’t be beat, wonderful garden/parkway outside front door. The hotel itself was also great, clean and beautiful. The only negative, but one that was huge for my wife and I who stayed there for two nights in July of 2022, was the absence of the pool and hot tub etc which featured so prominently in their advertising. Our expectation was for those facilities to be available during the day for as long as one wanted to use them. Unhappily they were locked off and during our time there appeared unused and were only available by booking them and paying 50Euros an hour for a couple to use them. That was not explained in the advertising, and wasn’t what we expected. It should be broadcast loud and clear. Sincerely, David from San Francisco.

We love this hotel. We have been 5 or 6 times already. Great location, staff is fantastic, rooms are big. And you cannot miss the spa. It is phenomenal!

Great location, nice spacious rooms. Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs and stuff there is absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly. The food is good. There were couple of problems with the room like if your are leaving the room and taking the card out AC will stop working. So by the time you’ll get back the room will be warm. Strange system with the lights for cleaning stuff, didn’t get how it works so you’ll better to hang the sign on the door handle or you’ll don’t get your room cleaned.

One of my favorite hotels. Everything was exceptional. Room facing the Christmas market was quiet.

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet, allthough a bit expensive for the selection. The gym is not too impressive.

Good location and very nice rooms but service was cold both at spa and at reception, a five star hotel should be all about making you feel special during your stay, it should be all about details and taking care of clients. We didn’t experience any of that, quite the opposite. I would not recommend it if it wasn’t for the location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Zero communication on cost of lighting a candle in the room that reads “enjoy your stay.” Front desk told us a portion of the mini bar was free. We asked the next day and they said no, it isn’t. We replaced the 3 items from local kiosk. They still charged us. No statement on costs show on any product list of mini bar. And spa was a €25 pp charge not told until we got to the spa. Spa shower was broken. Go stay at another property if you expect what you pay for.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms. Our studio room had a nice balcony that got afternoon sun and overlooked the park. Front desk staff was friendly. The location was close enough to the Vigo Guixar train station to walk to the hotel when we arrived, and was a short taxi ride (~7 euro) to our departing train station, Vigo Urzáiz.

Really nice hotel, good breakfasts. For the parking is better to ask the reception and make them park the car. Cool room lighting... But it will take you few minutes to understand how to turn it completely off!

A stunning hotel in the heart of Vigo, this hotel deserves more stars, it was a 6 star experience all the way.

This hotel has a beautiful Spa with sea view. Break fast is not so good for a 5 stars Hotel.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Received an upgrade to an executive room with sea view. Rooms are very clean, modern and in a good state. Location is perfect to explore the city. My verdict: Great hotel and looking forward to coming back.

I had a great experience, not as a resident of the hotel but as a guest of the spa. I was lucky enough to have the pool and sauna entirely to myself. The pool and sauna are on the top floor of the hotel, and there are fantastic views over Vigo seafront and out to the ocean. After spending some time in the pool, I then moved to the jacuzzi which is outside in the open air, on the balcony area. There is a telephone by the jacuzzi which allows you to call reception to request some drinks or snacks. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely return here if I travel to Vigo in the future.
