Poor breakfast food quality and the only coffee machine did not work. The one building had a cranky elevator and rooms facing inward to a small ventilator shaft. Noisy beyond words. The service was terrible. Cannot recommend.

All people here is so kind and friendly. This is my first trip to Vigo. Sure this is also the first hotel to me. The resturant here serve me salad, grilled sea fish with salty rice, Ham and sausage for my lunch. It is very tasty.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful - particularly this very vivacious lady called Suzanna - always cheerful and eager to assist. The room was very basic and a bit cramped for 3 pax. I think it will be good for the hotel to provide shower mat as it was slippery and dangerous showering in the bathtub without one. The breakfast spread was generous and everything provided was delicious and more than sufficient for a good hearty breakfast. Location wise- very near to the shopping street and a short walking distance to the main square where the statue of the Fish Man was located, with more shops and cafes/restaurants. The only down side is the noise level, particularly one Friday nights where the noise from the street or maybe the hotel bar went on the WHOLE night non stop, loud chatter, laughter and whistles throughout. It was simply awful as the sound proofing of the rooms is poor, making sleep impossible. The most basic requirement of all hotels is to be able to provide its guests with good rest and sleep for the nights - and the failure to do so is just unacceptable.

A cozy hotel for the peregrinos on the Camino de Santiago. Wifi and delicious breakfast available. Highly recommended

Middle of town with limited air conditioning and so we had to keep the window open overnight and could not sleep with the street noise. The room was comfortable, clean and had a modern bathroom. Not much to see in the surrounding area. Arrived to dinner 10 minutes after opening and were sat around the back near the kitchen because the front area was full. Staff working hard but limited time available.

My husband and I stayed here whilst doing the Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela The Hotel is nicely situated for the attractions and amenities. Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable with a good sized tv. Breakfast was continental, it was very nice with a good choice. Staff were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel

Helpful and friendly staff on arrival and during evening but on departure Receptionist on duty refused to call a taxi for us despite my leg injury!!!

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and dinner ok (limited options). It was quiet and is also close to restaurants and bars.

Nice modern decorated bedroom with good shower. Friendly receptionist. Evening dinner was ok with nice, friendly service. Small seating area outside facing clean street. Lift is very small can only take one person. They've got an indoor swimming pool too. Close to Santiago Church & Camino de Santiago.

Room is good, in toilets they have hygene kits including toothpaste, coumb etc. Airconditioner works, staff is friendly. Only reason why 4/5 stars is small tv that has handful of local channels.

Great value for money. We arrived around 9.30pm and had the menu del dia which was very tasty and great value. However not a lot around the area but it is only a 10 min walk to centre. Beds were very comfortable. Staff in the restaurant and bar were very good.

We left our room at 7.30am and when we returned at 4.00pm our room had not yet been made up, I find this totally unacceptable. The staff otherwise are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean. Garage spaces are really tiny!!

The hotel is very basic, but ok for one night. If it weren’t for the extreme noise from every single corner of the room and hallways, I would give it 5 stars. I had a horrible night of sleep :( The receptionists; however, were both extremely kind and helpful in providing me with directions and suggestions.

Very good location but unfortunately in that area we had to pay the car parking ... the cost is 17.50€/ 10 hours, but if you buy at the hotel, it's less expensive, cost: 16€/ day (24hours) ...so I recommend to buy the ticket parking from them , available at the reception. ... all the hotel workers are very nice, attentions and helpful... if you buying the room with breakfast, you need to know that you don't have to much to choose to eat... The room , coffee area and the pool were all very clean!

A good, clean, fairly modern, well located hotel. Rooms are small but perfectly functional. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is standard Euro breakfast.
