Yesterday visited this restaurant. Service people are really slow and careless. We had call them multiple times. No one was available near by the table. And coming to food waste of money and prices are really high and food is not really worth for paying that much price. Coming to taste not appreciated at all. Each dish priced close to 500 to 600 . I think Hyatt has reasonable prices. I will not recommend. I have also provided a feedback form. I am sure they will just scrap that in bin There is no zero rating. I would have 0 out 10

Tried Dahi Puri here and it's okay. The menu here has some pretty unique items but none of them were available though.

This review is about “SERENADE” which is located at 3rd floor . If you are looking for a dark ambient,rich taste and fine dining experience then serenade is the one . Can’t talk enough about this place .After trying at almost all premium restaurants in city I feel nothing matches the taste at SERENADE . The biryanis you get here are just amazing and you should definitely try their shahi gosh mutton biryani. More than the taste you will fall in love with its aroma and creaminess. Chicken tikka biryani is something you should definitely try here . After all why should you make it feel incomplete,go with its shahi thukra and you will just fall in love with its taste . Pros : 1)Taste 2)Ambiance 3)Valet parking 4)Service Cons : Nothing much but the price is bit higher than the regular ones but its completely justifiable.

Hygiene is good here . Prices are high compared to others .( Low quantity ). Coming to taste I have to say Good . Hospitality is average . Only two waiters are looking after all tables .I ordered a birthday cake in which food colouring is more and bitter to taste.you just have to walkin as it is spacious and have good parking.

Is a regular visitor to their coffee shop. Great place for a quick bite of assorted snacks or lunch. Hygenic. Good ambience. Child High Chairs available. Clean and well maintained washrooms. Valet parking.

Windsor on the first floor is suitable for hosting small size events. Attended a naming ceremony that accommodated appx 100 members. They have ample car parking space.

I attended a function today. Food is good and the hall is also good. But maintenance of toilets attached to function hall are poor

Shahi Ghost Biryani is Sooo good, Can try Crispy Butter Chicken for an starter May need 2 biryanis for 3-4 persons

Such a pathetic restaurant it is they stopped going to this restaurant for a long time because of their service ,unfortunately went again today they don't convey what is there and what is not there useless service it's the same through the years made me realise it's waste going ever again

Excellent Biryani available here. Daytime ambience is just appropriate...dark inside...very dim light. In fact you need to stand for about 2 minutes while entering first time to adjust to the dim light inside restaurant which is very soothing atmosphere when you get adjusted with the lights. I tried Chicken Akbari Biriyani. It's the best Biryani house in whole of Vijaywada. A must for Biryani lovers whoever is crossing Vijaywada or staying in Vijaywada.

Highly expensive menu...quantity too is very less..Tandoori Roti is Rs 125.. Any veg curry will cost Rs 525.. Disappointed

Authentic Gosht Biryani, nice ambience for dinner. Biryani was well cooked and made to perfection, would recommend to anyone looking for rich Biryani flavors

Firstly I had an experience of Warmth over here 'coz after a gap of 2 years due to Covid lockdown met my friends at this place in Aug 2021. This would obviously make me feel nice about the place.. However, it's not just because of that.. The ambience is beautiful with lot of space between each table giving enough privacy to guests (I have been told that this was their regular practice - not during Covid), the taste of the food is also nice and finally the service is customer centric - I don't find any other reason not to give them 5 star. Very hygienic & tasty food. Good customer service. Great ambiance. Akbari biryani is my favourite dish here. I’ve visited this place multiple times over the past three years and I get the same great feeling every time.
