the customer service guy was rude while we asked politely for information. we were informing him that we would check in a little late and his response to that was impolite. please make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen with others this spoils oyo's reputation. Now I would think twice before booking a room on oyo.

I've never seen such a worst restaurant, it won't even deserve a single star. Forget about the food, they don't even care about customer's order. I waited for 30mins after ordering the food, and food is still is not ready. I wanted to leave as the order is not ready, and mentioned to cancel the order and the waiter(Mr. Basha) simply said Ok and don't even feel any sorry for the order being late. When I reached to Mr. Srinivas (Manager) to complain about the situation, he is also not interested in taking any kind of feedback. There is total lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this place.

Not polite and asked me to pay Rs.200 more than the oyo price. Treatment was very bad. When I was extending for one more day, he was sarcastically saying as oyo price is cheaper you are extending and we don't give for oyo price.

Cross Roads Restaurant review: The road towards the restaurant is under construction. We can reach the restaurant easily with a two wheeler. There was waiting queue at the restaurant but it was worth waiting. Taste was good and the waiting time for food 10-15 mins. Pricing was slightly on higher side. Hygiene condition was good based on the numbers they’re dealing with. Interiors with old movies posters was good.
