Today I had a chicken Dum Biryani at shiraz restaurant.i never had such a worst biryani in my life.they were serving biryani with spoiled (getting bad smell)chicken. Immediately we informed to them about it.they were not accepted our words,then one family also complaint about decomposed biryani, Finally he accepted. Note: before eating food, please check the smell of chicken... don't spoil your health...

Tasty food. You order can be customised to make food spicy. Decent menu with variety of options on Roti and Tandoor items. Rumali roti is my favourite with a side dish of any nonveg item. Dining at restaurant experience is okay for bachelors/groups. Take away is preferred most of the times due to space constraints and ambience.

The chicken biryani is just owsome ❤️. Where as mutton Biryani the peices could be more soft. The naan bread is also good👌.

Reasonable prices. Good food and good taste. When you go for dining, If you have Zomato pro, then you shall get a discount upto 25%.

Items that are in the menu will not be available at any given time. Only one standard chicken starter and 1 biryani that's cooked in the morning and served for the entire day. Pathetic taste. Not recommended to anyone. We left all the food without eating anything and paid the bill and came out. Still no one bothered to ask and address the problem.

Food was good. Service is ok ok. Ambience is worst. Budget friendly restaurant. Recommended for families, friends and couples. Noisy environment.

Food was alright, not bad but not as good as the reviews suggest on ZOMATO. However, it’s a decent option for non veg biryani in Vijaywada. When we went there, they didn’t have any veg options and also many starters were not available or even soup. The reason they mentioned was that their master chef was not available. They even didn’t have normal temperate bottled water. Overall I was a bit disappointed especially after I saw they had an average rating of 4.3/5 on a ZOMATO.

Ordered biryani from here...it was ok type not great...but little high on prices...

Food is tasty. But for me, I like their receiving more than their food. So customer friendly staff and they will suggest the best based on your choices. It is located in a better place but the way to reach it is not so good. I will suggest it. Prices are also normal.

Best hyderabadi biryani available in vja.. Mutton and chicken dum are the must try items. I disliked the chicken lollypop in starters as its sweet..

A very good place for food .. especially go with Shiraz special and butter chicken and special chicken biryani., you will have a hearty meal and never get disappointed.. trust me on this items

Gone here for lunch & ordered mutton dum biryani but even after half an hour the staff have no idea about what’s our order … they are very reckless about customers and their hungry … very conjusted area and hotel manager (owner) is very rude in replying back customers he is supporting their staff.. don’t waste your valuable time here by opting for lunch or dinner .

Had an ugly experience with Shiraz hotel bcoz they are least bothered about customer order and rude answers when customer enquired about their order, weak management, unhygenic, bad food quality and limited items in menu with very slow service, they bough mutton dum biryani after 45 mins and it worthless, Even manager is helpless after complaining about food quality. Worst restaurant in VIJAYAWADA... STEP IN with less expectations.

Taste is not good... Typical biriyani as if some chicken is mixed with white rice with no aroma or taste. 3 star because almost same type biriyani is available all over vijayawada otherwise it would have been zero star. Kebabs are also not good, its charred and full of bones

I ordered for chicken manchow soup but they send smelly onion with the soup and they didn't send noodile with that and they are blaming delivery person worst experience and soup also not good.....
