Taste is ok(average) Price is high compared to the other Sweet shops in vijayawada.....

Hungry people don't prefer this restaurant because the service is so slow. We ordered chicken mancho soup and the order took just 25min and even for Sweet and Salt lime soda took 15min. The service is so late but the taste of the food is nice.

Probably the worst biryani ever had. Chicken is too hard n dry, ulavacharu has no flavor at all… It’s like they poured some masala liquid instead of ulavacharu Zero rating is what they deserve Can’t sell this kind of food in the name of legacy actors 👎🏻 Disappointing

I had a terrible experience today. Waited for 56 minutes for the 1st item in the order to be served. The servers complained about single kitchen catering to 4 sections in the restaurant and this being the reason for the delay. So obviously not enough planning. Suited as a biryani point and not a fine dining place because many tables ordering ready-made items like biryani got served and reoccupied as well even before we got our first dish served.

Tasted multiple samples and tastes good. Cost seems high for me. Parking facility is not available. Plan accordingly if you get a car. Khalakhand and Mysore palk was good. Malpuri was not available here as I visited here for it.

I Tried their Signature Dish Ulavacharu Chicken Biryani, Tastes Soo Good, Subtle taste, Biryani Rice is Oil Free. Ulvacharu chicken curry is also oli free & Tastes good. Must Try Dish. but their Fry piece Biryani disappointed, those pieces doesn’t have any taste at all, Just Boiled chicken with red colour

I'm a regular at this place however it took a while to review this place. Good food and in the afternoon you might not get a place to sit where they will take your name in the list and call when free ulavacharu biryani is the best and avakai biryani is the worst.

Patties, puffs and samosas are tasty. Must try. Sweets and snacks are not that great. Lots of people recommend carrot halwa from here. I found it to be just ok. Then there's very less to no parking space, especially for 4 wheelers. Food in the restaurant is ok. Good for lunch.

Worst restaurant service, all that we asked was out of stock the staffs were unable to tell instantly what is available what is not. The place is a bit dark, washroom arrangment is not wise with respect to the sitting volume the dining hall supports. Parking is good and always taken care by staffs there to help in parking.

Had lunch here. The taste is good. I tried Mushroom Curry and my friends tried Chichen Keema with Butter Naan. The prices are reasonable and the service is also polite and friendly. Lassi in the end was also a delight. Overall, its a good place to have a meal with friends & family.

Tried butter naan,methi chaman,chicken fry piece biryani, and chicken starter. food is delicious espicially methichaman & butter naan was smooth and sweet .ambience is good. Their bakery stuffs are very popular while festival times they have Andhra special varieties which are so delicious🤩🤩

Message to the owner of this “SWEET MAGIC SHOP”. Worst service staff are just sleeping not even caring about customers around here,I was waiting for like 10-15 min he haven’t asked us anything. When we ask him he jus getting irritated. Owner please take care of your staff this is not the way to treat customers

The main thing is that they use cashews and ghee in sweets. I have ordered cake for my brother's birthday. Butterscotch flavour I loved it 🥰❤️

Went to this restaurant on Sunday. The food is not that much taste. They wont provide any type of sausages or dips with Chicken 555 or Majestic. They will give you only tomato ketchup. Feels like food is not worth for that much price. Finally I can say it is a restaurant for only meals, not even for biryani also. Ordered biryani which is tasteless. I will never came to this restaurant for Non-Veg items.

Items are displayed with rates .Nice to see trained persons receiving the customers and help in selection out of a variety of items ranging from Andhra home sweats to North Indian and Bengali sweats. Bakery items and dairy items too lure the youngsters. While one enjoys seeing the heterogeneous collection, there is a corner to have a quick bite before takeaway. Service is excellent. Our good wishes to the staff for keeping good Health for ever to continue their pleasent and smiling services to the customers.

Food is just average, not up to the hype that Sweet Magic has in Vijayawada. Service and ambiance are good. Ordered special chicken Biryani, we got pulao rice along with Boneless Chicken Curry. Cannot be called as Biryani in any way. And the Chicken snack we ordered is just okay. Service is good. No car parking available, you just need to park on the public parking place on the road. Hi everyone, Sweet magic restaurant opposite to dv manor, food quality has been changed. Dunno what happened to the old chefs which made the name of the hotel great. Nowadays, low category chef comes and just make the name of the hotel in bad shape Visited for a family dinner for having Chinese. But got to see the horrible quality of the food. Giving more money to these restaurant nowadays is waste. So please be aware while entering into this hotel.

I ordered malai paneer biryani. It was not hot and served less quantity. For less quantity they charged more. Serving is very bad. It should be improved.

I came to restaurant along with family on Sunday afternoon .(You can visit this time iff you are interested in biryani and meals ,leave asap if you want to eat something else of your choice as no other options are available ) Anyhow, we had biryani, which can be awarded as best of below average. Award still you are liable to pay. Here Waiters will ask each and every customer for tip for providing bad service and food . Please pay them Orelse, they will ask like begger .It is like common culture at restaurant (My suggesion ,instead you can pay same amount to give some food to needy and one hungry one ) I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.Even though you visit ,you must regret and write same like me (what else you can do) Management, kindly look into this matter. Extremely not hygienic sweets at all! Many people suggested to try sweets here as they are famous and as i have come from Hyd I thiught of giving it a try and ordered a “Rasmalai” and found a “hair particle” in it and when i asked the person who served me the sweet he just took off the hair with his finger and was like see there is no hair and I told I saw it and he was like if it was there it would be seen right? And I just left from that place. Pls be careful about the place your visiting and don’t just visit the place cause it’s labelled as “famous”

The food is not that great. Had biryani. Some of the road side vendors make much better tasty biryani compared to this. Highly overpriced for the service provided. The ambience and service is not that great as well. Not sure what I paid for. The bezawada food once I as so fond of was no where to be found.

Tried their best selling ulavacharu biryani taste was okay not more than their hype

I have ordered spl chicken biryani and they has given small cup of chicken curry with Baghara rice. Now you can assume how they have treat customers. I don't recommend at all and you will definitely disappoint.

One of the best and one of my favourite restaurants. I love their hospitality—everyone's so polite and caring, from the manager, chef, and waiters to the servers (in the sweet shop), security guards, and cleaners—everyone's so polite to you. I appreciate your team for everything you guys are doing. I tip them well always and highly encourage everyone to do the same thing when you visit this place, please. They deserve it for what they do! My relationship with this place: I used to hang out here often with my dad when I was a kid, there wasn't a thing that we hadn't tried on the menu back then (well, almost everything, hehe). As a child, I only enjoyed the food, whereas now I enjoy everything else as well. Now, I frequently visit this place with my grandparents, and they love the retro-style ambience and old songs/music that they play here just as much as I do. Cheers to the entire Sweet Magic team for maintaining the same standard for almost 21 years (as of my knowledge), wish you'd continue the same thing in the future as well!

The taste of the food is sweet. Chicken wings and tandoori is nice. Biryani is good, but it is sweet and less quantity. Sweet lime soda is costly

I would not comment on it’s restaurant as I haven’t tried it in recent years, but the Mithai shop still maintains the quality and taste. I recently bought Apricot Delight, Mothichur Laddus, and Badam Bites. They tasted good.

Restaurant is good. Many varieties of food are available. But the cost is too high. Quantity is less compared to cost. Overall quality is good. And waiting time for getting table on busy days is almost 10 to 15 mins.

Went in for dining, this is our second visit tho this restaurant. First time it was very good in 2022, but during our visit in march 2023, was a very bad experience. Man how soup tasted like hot and sour, starters were not cooked properly, main course is utter flop. I’d recommend to think twice before opting this restaurant.

I dont know if they actually care about the reviews. I am from Vijayawada and i used to love this place. But lately their food taste has gone down. Ordered methichaman, i guess the quantity was half reduced. Its chicken gulzara for me, god please do yourself a favor and dont order this. Biryani was okieshh.

I dint liked my visit , i visited here on 10th jan and ordered butter chicken, wich is considerably more sweet with a kind of smell wich i dont like, may be because of covid they dint get more customers and the maintenance was not good at the time of my visit its good to avoid going here when there is no or less customers in this covid time ,because no one wants a bad experience with a big bills

When it was started two decades ago very good restaurant. Ambience quality quantity every thing was fine. Now they have not renovated the restaurant,. Washrooms were worst working. Food quality was okay. I took butter Nan and plain Nan both are very very small pieces when compared with other restaurants in Vijayawada. Curry Taste okay.

Maintenance inside the restaurant is good and outside customer traffic could be managed a little bit. The safety and hygiene standards of employees deserves an applause. Please expand your menu to some other tastes as well. Taste is good and in-restaurant environment is good. Overall a good experience
