This is my third stay at this hotel. The service has greatly deteriorated. The was no wifi provided. The TV was not working. Despite of complaining no one came to fix this. There seems some issie with the AC as well though it was set to 18 it was like 20+ temp. The food ordered was not good. May be cook has changed. Except for one receptionist all the staff seemed busy. Asking for tips. Something is seriously wrong. This was my preferred stay. Bit seems to change now.

Worst experience ever. We booked 3 rooms. After going there they said they have only two rooms available for us after lot of fight and all got the 3rd room. The beds they provide are not even queen size but they tell its a king size bed and say its the executive room. Ac was also not working in room

Good hotel at reasonable price in good location. Staff(including vallet parking driver and room boys) are well mannered and professional. No one bothers you for tips. Excellent food at restaurant, though little expensive and additional items to menu can be added. Rooms and lobby are clean and well maintained. Not strict with check-out timings. Perfect hotel for family stay in Vijayawada. Thanks to hotel and restaurant staff for making our stay happier in Vijayawada.

During my stay, I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing my beloved golden earring. However, I reached out to the hotel management in the hopes that they might have come across it during the cleaning process. The response from the hotel management was beyond impressive, they also took immediate action to address my concern. They initiated a thorough search, paying close attention to detail. I was overjoyed when the hotel staff had located my missing earring. The relief and gratitude I felt at that moment cannot be adequately expressed in words. They promptly returned it to me, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding efforts. Thank you, hotel management, for your exemplary service and your honesty.

I am not happy with the service. Received wifi login details on text message, not working. Went to service desk, the staff said the he will send a technician to fix it. Nobody came. Called again to service desk, still nobody came. Then I slept. Checked out in the morning. Please fix the issue. These days wifi is basic necessity during a business trip.

Visited Vijaywada for temple darshan this week . Stayed in this hotel with family for one night. Booked directly by calling them . Room ( executive) size was sufficient for family of 3 with extra bed. Breakfast was complementary with variety and taste. Taken dinner in this hotel and food was very good. Location is little far from temple but with own vehicle can be managed. Parking is limited but they managed with valet parking. Overall stay is good.

Had an unpleasant experience on my stay at Aira. The room was smelling bad with cigarette smoke. The hospitality was mediocre. The reception while we check in was bad. There is no proper parking space for your vehicle. Would avoid coming back to this place.

On Nov 17th we celebrated my kid 1st birthday very very very worst experience we had with this hotel and especially with the manager..There is no lighting in the hall and there is no ac provided in the hall and the manager has given two complementary rooms but after seeing that room on my occasion day bathroom is better than that complementary rooms,no ac at all.The manager will interfere in each and every personal detail of my birthday event he irritated me he distributed us a lot totally very worst experience please don't choose this hotel

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights 23 and 24 Dec 2023, even though room size is good but the lighting in the room is very poor. Free breakfast available but not much tasty as well as the food service is late. Location of the hotel is good.

The taps and hand faucet in the toilet were horrible. Apart from that room was good. Food was good.

Service was good. Rooms are maintained well. Friendly staff. Food needs to be considered. Though specifically we had asked for non-spicy food still we are served spicy 🔥 curry. It depends from person to person, if you can take spice it's an excellent place for your meals. Quantity served is really good. Though it was tasty but it was 🔥

A beautiful property to stay in heart of Vijaywada. Rooms are quite big. Washroom is of adequate size. Rooms have got all amenities. Breakfast spread is good with delicious items on serve.

Hi everyone this is udaykesava I am from guntur working in established hospitals as marketing manager. On March 3 we celebrated my sister's daughter birthday 🎂 🥳 party in Aira near Benz circle vijayawada, I feel very grateful to the staff for their response doing each and every area In good manner. Vamsi,sai and housekeeping boys are good in their work.

3 of us stayed in the hotel on march 4 th and checked out on 5 th.. Overall rating of the hotel is very good... Staff behavior is also friendly.. Manager Mr Vamsi was too helpful.. The food was fresh and served hot.. Pleasant behaviour of the staff ramalakshmy.. appreciable.. Reception staff was also very good... He arranged cab immediately to the exam centre and airport.. since uber was getting late... Overall satisfied with the hotel.. Its in the centre of the city too... 😊

Average stay. Food wasn’t that good. Ordered a chicken dum biryani but it wasn’t tasty. Was told to put the finished plates outside the door myself when asked the room service for clearance. On complaining to the front desk they sent someone for clearance.

It was a Wonderful experience at Aira Hotel. Good Service and excellent ambiance. Am most impressed by the entire staff and Manager Mr. Vamsi behavior. Overall experience was very good and we enjoyed.

Only room was comfortable. They did not provide extra bedding. Breakfast was horrible, food was not hot, toaster was worst, bread was toasted by hotel service like charcoal. The staff were not update on checking time and when request to keep bill ready for checkout, made us wait.

Room size was perfect with all the amenities and hygiene was maintained with perfection. Entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very delicious and served hot.

The quality of the food and room is very good. The taste of the food is also good. The fragrance is not good enough, they are more strong. Too many mosquitoes in the ground floor. AC vents are not clean in the room. There was a tv issue in my room.

The rooms were clean and hygienic. The ambience of the hotel itseld was very good. We were going to order outside food but it was no allowed which we later realised that we didn't need because the food from the hotel itself was delicious. Overall 10/10

Rooms are very well maintained.service is also good. Food is tasty and it is located in prime area where as the road width of the hotel is a little bit small.

Hotel Aira has wonderful well maintained rooms with good lighting and amenities. Kohinoor restaurant is also good, however bit pricey. However quantity and quality is good which can adjust the price issue. Food tastes good. Service wise all departments gave good service. Fully satisfied with Aira. Location is very close to all malls and restaurants, however the immediate front of hotel has panshop and tea stall which seems to be the favorite spot for youth smokers till latenight. No one bothers you though however it would be a concern for few guests who are non smokers.

Location is great! Near Benz circle, easy to get out of highway and also rejoin. Room is bit expensive in my opinion but the room quality is okay. I would prefer to stay in Lemon tree maybe, similar price but much better ambience. I didn't try room service but lots of options around.
