Situated at one of most happening place of the city, hardly a KM from Railway station. Commute is never a problem, we were able to find auto at 1 mid night. Room are tidy, they post little retro look though. Food & services are good. If you have time you can explore eating options around, they are good number of restaurants n road side outlets around. Parking could be a little problem. All in all ..good experience staying here.

Sadly can't give any less than this. Food is too bad, order paneer 65 which had no taste. I ordered chicken wings and they gave me chicken lollipop and when I asked them, they said that's what they serve. When specifically asked for spicy biryani they wrote under special instruction and still gave tasteless biryani.

Bad unhealthy food, unclean plates, slow service, overpriced items.. not worth it

Toilets kampu,no soap in hand wash, curries taste very bad, only curd good.

It's a changed Bar not like the old. Chilled AC, good seating nice food , overall a very good place to hand out. Prices are reasonable. Check out the price which I have uploaded here.

It's a very old hotel.. but it's quite comfortable. you will get rustic feel.. when you step in to rooms. But all marks went to location as it is very near to many prominent places. Service is really good.

Excellent stay as always and great service and very economical too. The best thing is the staff is always with a smile. Always feel at home here. Fantastic location and even better experience with every visit. Keep up the standard team Ilapuram.

The rooms were okay but the worst part is their parking which is too congested when there are any functions/parties ongoing. When we have booked a one night stay, we are asked to park our car outside on the ride, such pathetic. And coming to the restaurant, better not to visit as whatever you ask for they say is not available. Even the management is commerical to core as they would charge the full booking amount plus additional amount towards the room, saying to adjust it when you visit their's food/dining restaurant which sucks!! Better to avoid this!

Hotel used to be good earlier but the service is just poor now. No match for the price we pay. No Towels, No Bottled Water, No Dental Kit and lastly the room intercom was also not working. The staff are also not courteous towards customers. May avoid the Hotel completely.

I just had lunch here. Taste was poor I ordered chicken dum biryani and veg dum biryani. Both are tasteless and chicken pieces are not cooked well. And chicken 65 also not tasty. I thought this is the best restaurant but my imagination was wrong.

If we have a zero rating here, could have given it, book online because hefty prices for offline booking there, cheap washrooms full of cockroaches, no cleaning as well, washroom tiles were too slippery, take care if there are senior citizens with while booking this stay, all over complimentary breakfast has been provided which was good, overall no one comes or takes care regarding house keeping operations even on multiple requests. Worst experience ever with hotel Ilapuram, shall never book it again...

Good hotel, service, ambiance location is good very near to kanaka Durga temple and other places

Refurbished rooms are good. Some rooms are yet to be renovated. Complimentary Breakfast is very Ordinary. No Juice, No Cut Fruits, No Continental. Basic Complimentary Water Bottles in Room isn't provided.

Lunch extraordinary Giving hall + lunch ,, package of 600 per plate .. Very very nice service. My marriage happened in Ilapuram 1st floor.. Great Hospitality... Nice ambient rooms , very near to Railway station... Stay here at the heart of city...

Overrated restaurant and bar with a minimal taste of stuff and main course.... specially i ordered Sambar Rice but it tastes like ok ok when compared to Hyderabad restaurants.....

Stay away if you are looking for 3 star or more type of hotel to stay. Room we got is double bed AC. After entering the room smell is pathetic. They just gave very cheap towel and teeny tiny soap for 2 guests in a room. I need to ask for extra towel or toiletries. Seriously need lot of renovation. Every waiter and working person including receptionist do not hesitate or ask for money for no reason. I will look for something better next time I visit vijayawada.

Clean and hygienic. Room service and food is excellent. Continuous hot water supply. Very pricey Restaurant staff extremely rude and don't serve well at all. Everyone wants lots of tips. Apparently the staff are all overworked into 12 hour shifts instead of 8 with no extra payment. That's bad attitude from the management. Rooms are undergoing renovations, floors are a bit dirty, leaky taps,etc.

This hotel in the heart of Vijayawada was a landmark when it opened more than a couple of decades ago. It has definitely seen better days and surely needs a renovation now, especially the washrooms in the reception area, that are accessible from the restaurant as well! The service is just ok, but the service in the restaurant needs to improve by leaps and bounds. You'll have to literally request the bearers to serve you. The food is good though, no doubt about that. The overall maintenance is just above average, but the clientele seems to be pretty good!

I didn't dine in just moved around the place.Inside Hotel is dark with dim yellow lights. It's not spacious. So we left.

Nice place to celebrate your memorable days like Engagement, Birthday or Reception. Its a very old and well-known place in vijayawada. Food is also good but needs bit of improvement on service n staff as well.

NYC atmosphere nd staff also but Bit irritation coz of mixed flavours of small remaining well nd perfect
