Had
to
change
my
2
year
old
5
star
rating
to
3
for
few
reasons.
There
were
a
few
aspects
of
my
visit
that
left
me
dissatisfied.
Firstly,
the
ambiance
in
the
massage
room
could
be
improved.
There
was
a
lot
of
noise
coming
from
outside
while
I
was
getting
my
massage.
Secondly,
coordination
issues
among
staff
members.
I
went
during
the
day
and
I
was
given
an
appointment
for
the
evening
for
the
same
day,
when
I
went
there
in
the
evening
the
staff
changed
and
I
was
told
to
wait
for
half
an
hour
after
which
they
told
me
the
therapist
are
not
available
so
they
have
to
push
for
next
day.
Complete
chaos
regarding
scheduling
appointments.
Thirdly,
next
day
morning
I
was
provided
the
service
but
during
the
massage,
there
were
moments
when
the
pressure
applied
by
the
therapist
was
too
mild
which
had
no
impact
whatsoever.
While
I
understand
that
different
clients
have
different
preferences,
it
might
be
helpful
for
therapists
to
check
in
with
clients
periodically
regarding
pressure.
As
it’s
part
of
Novotel
Varun
group
it
is
expected
to
provide
beyond
par
experience
and
customer
satisfaction.
To
improve,
I
would
suggest
getting
soundproof
glass
doors
and
calming
incense
stick
at
in
the
massage
rooms
to
create
a
more
relaxing
atmosphere.
Have
better
communication
between
receptionists
and
therapist
for
providing
better
quality
of
service
and
not
cancel
on
the
clients.
