Reception needs improvement and they should first greet customers. Apart from this, no information on food (veg or non-veg). Parking is tedious, you have to park in some other and carry your luggage. Rooms were neat but towels are very old and hard, on request they just gave one towel and that too no good. Food served very cold and platter was expensive for the price, it is too bad. Bathroom smells odd. Overall not happy with the stay and don't recommend for family.

Rooms are specious. Maintained nicely. Service is good. The highlight is the restaurant attached to the hotel. Complementary breakfast is simply awesome. Don't miss the authentic Andhra lunch. It's a must try.

Myself and family were so happy! Very ideally located!! There are no wash basins in the Non Veg restaurant. There are nice wash rooms near the reception but yeah, a wash basin and a rest room is a must downstairs where the non veg restaurant is located. Has been a great experience 👌,the service was excellent but took a while to bring food ofcourse it happens sometimes which is natural. After the renovation there have been a few visits I made with family and friends ❤️ ♥️ 💕

Today we had a lunch (23 people) at Manorama hotel restaurant. Lunch is very sumptuous. Service, ambience are good. Icing on the cake is personal touch n care of Restaurant manager Mr.Nazeer Khan. His presence made lot of difference as he supervises so well. All guests are happy. Thanks to management.

Very famous star hotel in vijayawada. I have known this hotel for more than 40 years. They have been maintaining excellent service all the time. The tariff is affordable, and it is located near the bus station and railway station. Hygiene and ambiance are very nice. Whenever you visit vijayawada, you can visit this hotel without any hesitation.

I was here for breakfast buffet, and in a short time I was able to have all the dishes available. Thanks to Anusha who assisted in serving dishes which ever wanted which saved a lot of time. The food was good and the place is good for family dining.

Yesterday, we had lunch at the restaurant. The quality of rice served is very bad (it’s kind of broken and sticky). Rest all items (curries) are okay. Not at all deserving for the price. Shocked to see the quality of food at such so-called three star hotel.

Hotel was good but due to lot of mosquitos in our room we were unable to sleep.. Even I asked them to provide allout as we were having kid with us. But they were not having any mosquito repellent in their hotel it was one of the major drawback in their hotel service. Breakfast was ok but their cups and glasses looks faded and old ,Kindly replace them with new one. When I asked for plates and bowl they sent me a broken one, which later they replaced.

I stayed for a week. The location is good, the hotel room is being cleaned on a daily basis. My room had a nice view. My room was on the 5th floor, the floor has a beautiful terrace. The complementary breakfast is decent and only provides veg options. The hotel doesn't allow outside food.

Awful customer service. Went to have breakfast and couldn’t get any help even though 5 staff are standing idle. Requested for the menu couple of times but still no response. We didn’t had any choice other than walking out. I feel pity for the hotel owner for having staff like that. I would never visit again.

There were some pros and cons to the stay.: Pros.: 1. The second room allotted was clean 2. The veg restaurant opp. the reception was good. 3. Mr.Mahesh, the manager at the reception was helpful. Cons.: 1. Cleaning services should be taken care off properly. Initially we got a room, which was not cleaned properly. Earlier residents things were left in as is. We paid around 5000(4000 for a night +1000 for extra stay). Though the hotel was good, personally i feel it's on the higher side. Somewhere around 3000-3500/night would do justice to the services offered.

Room and food were good but the staff accompanying you to room were creepy in their actions and even the in room dining serviecing ppl were soo keen to take a look at your room any very much intrested in what you are doing it is not that family friendly so if at all possible look for room some where else . If not for the room and food quality i would have given a 0.5 star at best

It's value for money. Rooms are spacious when compared to the current generation hotels. The restaurant is quite and nice. They follow 24 hours check in. It would have been even better if they provide some late check out option or offer some extra cost rather than asking for full second day payment.

They are not prompt in service. Last time given rooms without doing proper cleaning and without changing bed sheets. Just they want to keep the same bed-sheet for every check in it seems. Total disappointed with their service. They are not maintaining as before renovation. No daily room cleaning like coffee cups or dusting. Food is okay if you are in rush hour. Otherwise need to dine Cold items.

This place offered me an excellent buffet breakfast, very tasty and full of variety. But i was aghast with its dinner service. I ordered crispy corn which ripped my gums, Nan which was like cardboard, paneer butter masala which was impalpable, spicy. Even strawberry ice-cream surprised me which was vanilla, coloured pink topside. The service was late, uninteresting. However the hotel has a good ambience and offers good South Indian dishes.

The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food was good. They kept serving customers till 11 pm. Washrooms are better than any other place. For people who are traveling via vijayawada, they can have their late night dinner.
