There was a bad smell when we entered the hotel, mixed with room freshener. The receptionist is not courteous and has no boy to carry the luggage to and from the room. The room is odorous and the bed sheets have a lot of stains. The bathrooms are dirty and the flush is leaking. I have to ask for everything like soap, Allout, etc and there is no phone in the room. Lots of moquitoes in the room and garbage in front of the room. An old TV is there without a connection and no WiFi. I suggest avoiding this hotel a the price is high and you can get good hotels in Vijayawada at that price. I did not see the reviews as I trusted a person in this hotel and stayed with a lot of inconveniences.

Costumer receiveing is very poor.. not even a minimum sens.. simple avoid this hotel.. price is too high... washrooms problem... lift problem...we have to purchase separately water ...

Customer service & hygiene is 0. They don't have any manners to deal with a customer & there problems. I booked an A/C room but AC didn't work. I called many times for repairing it or Changing the room but they just said we will but didn't do it throughout my stay. I was told we have WiFi that too is just a lie. Overall i would say Better sleep in a railway station then just wasting money here.

Room has no windows, very suffocating, for AC need to pay extra... No flush for western toilets... Ask for rooms with windows or top floor... As for the location of the hotel , can give full points

The staff were very rude. Using abusive language. We had a visitor for just 10 min . They started screaming and literally got into a fight with my family members. They charge a lot but provide less service. They don't even have a dustbin in the room. We have taken A/C room, but we had to keep on asking them to turn on the AC .

Average stay with unhygienic rooms. Charged 1500/ for AC Room which is high and inside rooms there are cockroaches roaming here and there and the washroom is too worst which smells really bad!

Well maintained, neat and clean. Budget hotel. Very near to Bus terminal and Railway station.

Good hotel. Rooms starting from Rs. 600 (non A/c) it's opposite to Old bus stop Governorpet. 1 km from Vijaywada Railway station. Rooms are clean with all the amenities. The hospitality of staff members was good. Suggested to stay if required.

Worst experience there are so many Golden Rats , Golden mosquito, staff says as we have an LED television with deh support or USB support but the tv will be not in working condition, so completely upset with my experience and one night staying is also costlier than any other hotels near by , staff persons are irresponsive , location is good as it is near to the old city bus stand

Non AC room small but enough for couple.. A c room large one... Positive is very near to both Vijayawada Railway station and Vijayawada Busstand...

Booked Suite room, It has 2 Double Beds & 2 Single Beds, Fit for 7 people. Room is clean & near to temple.
