How on earth these people are running restaurant. They have taken 15minutes to clean the seats and arrange us to sit, Later they have given menu after 10mins and just went off. We have chosen the required items and after waiting for another 15mins one person have finally came to take order and said there are no items available in their menu and offered plain rice and dal are only items available. We were really out of words about this pathetic way of receiving customers. They should have kept closed board or should have atleast informed about the situation. After waiting for nearly an hour they simply said we are out of food and by the time we sorted and visited another hotel it was too late and we couldn't get proper food. Complete day and plan was ruined by their irresponsible staff. I suggest everyone never visit this hotel.

One of the best hotel in Vijayawada. Service of this hotel is excellent. Maintain hygiene and the rooms were also neat and clean. When you visit here, you must try breakfast, it is so delicious with lots of items. Food is too yummy. And talking about the staff behaviour...it was like ❤️ Overall experience was great. So, highly recommended 🙌

We visited for a breakfast buffet for dinner. It has decent items. Good place for breakfast lovers, sambar and chutney are great they have deserts and juices. Also different types of dosas you can ask for extra dosa they will make them fresh and bring it to your table. Overall good experience for me. I recommend it.

Stayed at the Kay Hotel recently and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Visited this place for a event and really liked the ambience. The party hall is well maintained on the top floor. Food was not that great. But, I belive that is what you get in these kind of hotels. Location is little far away from main city. Parking is also a constraint during the events. Better opt for valet.

My stay at Kay Hotel, Vijayawada, was remarkable! Room is Good and room service is Good too. Complim entary breakfast is provided and the breakfast is decent and delicious. I checked into the hotel around 6.40am but they mentioned that i lchecked in at 5.49am where i got down from the train at 5.40am but they argue than accept. There is no boy to collect the luggage when we get down from the cab. Even after check- in the receptionist called the boy but the boy saw us when we are entering into lift and least bothered to attend. As we are with a baby of 4years and they gave us double bed the receptionist denied to give a single king/queen size bed even after requesting as it would be difficult for baby or elders to sleep even after joining the beds as the beds is with wheels. For extra 3hours they charged 1680/- Rs.

You come at 10 pm or come at 11 pm just for a night and vacate next day, they charge 4000 (charges may change!) They have big eating area both ala carte and buffet . Tastes were okay not too great to remember the taste the benne dosa wasnt having masala in it.. service was slow and extra chutneys obviously takes extra time .. all in all its a good stay if it comes in your budget or else there are many other options

It’s located in the prime location. Function hall is good for 200-300 people. Food and ambience are good. Hotel rooms are clean. Price wise okay. Service wise not okay except all good. Recommended one in the city.

I stayed in the hotel for three days..but hardly any satisfaction.. though ambience and location of the hotel is good.. staff need to be trained professionally… Cooking department need to be revamped…care should be bestowed to serve safe, hygienic and tasty food.. Tiffs are good.. Rooms cleaning is good… Overall.. professionalism need to be infused to keep the hotel rise upto the aspirations of the customers.. I wish you all the best…

Decent rooms for the price, has a mini fridge, locker and hairdryer in the room. Service and food quality was high. Convenient location from both the airport and railway station and other major locations within vijayawada, also has a lovely walking trail nearby

Had been to take my dinner. Had not visited any rooms. Food quality and service and price is too good.

The rooms were good but very small for the price paid. The staff in the reception were very rude and unhelpful. The wifi and the switches were not working properly and they did not seem to care. The resturant was good and the staff there were attentive but felt the food was little pricey for the quantity and quality. Overall okay experience.

Actually I used to visit Kay hotel on Saturdays to have buffet tiffin in which all items are so tasty but the price per head is increased to ₹420 which is on high side. ₹350 is quite reasonable. So hereafter I may not go.

KAY HOTEL is located at ring road, Vijayawada, good ambiance and convenient to reach, Actually previously food is good, but now I feel bad food is not good and serving is very unsatisfied and management at cafeteria is so bad. But this time when we sit there and after ordering food hotel people told us here not allowed and go to cafeteria. Hotel location was good, check-out timing is 24 hours thats I think is the best thing. Room was very spacious, but central AC noise was quite noticeable. Power sockets inside the room was not suitable for indian chargers both 2 pin and 3 pin, it was next to impossible to charge the mobile with its charge fortunately able to charge the moblie with my laptop charger that to with difficulty. Food was good but little costly. Breakfast experience was just ok as service was very slow, once something get finished,it took lot of time to come.

This is one of the renowned Star hotels in Vijayawada. The ambiance in and around is lavish and looks great. Rooms are excellent and well organised. The main Function hall can accomodate huge functions and Dining hall is small when compared to other Star hotels. Food is delicious with reasonable price. If you visit once you can't help but agree.

It's a lodging n boarding hotel. The top floor ( 4th floor ) is a function hall with centrally air-conditioned and sitting arrangement for 250-300 guests. Dining hall separate. I have just attended an after marriage dinner party for all friends relatives of bride and groom (who married yesterday). Good arrangements. Pure vegetarian meals. Located on a highway city road. Nice experience. Liked it.

It's regarding purple rain restaurent and orange restaurent. Today we visited for their purple rain restaurent seeing it instagram.we came to know it is obviously a paid promotion in Instagram. when we asked for seating here they mentioned it was closed log back and some times they open only when they are more than 20 people party..they made us to sit in orange restaurant and we ordered some items which includes butter garlic chicken and Apollo fish. The butter garlic chicken it's all egg taste dominated over chicken and Apollo fish is not at all fresh and smell bad we didnt touch that Apolo fish and reported to manager. That manager not even having a minimum ethics was yelling at us saying that good . We found for not to include that in bill but he did and talked all nonsense..unethical behaviour of mangaer made us not to visit this KAY hotel restaurent again

A Good property in the worst hands. Such is the height of their soiled mindset, they can't speak English, loot the residents and crush travellers with their dirty black hands. The kay Hotel near ramavarapadu ring centre having good ambience. Its a posh hotel and rooms also good and well maintained. Food also delicious. It got good reputation even it was a recently opened hotel. Its equally distant from railway station and main bus station.

Visited restaurant for lunch , disappointed as thaali is not available. Only alacarte menu . They will take 20- 30 mis for order . Food is tasty and served hot.

Here for a lunch with friends at the restaurant in the ground floor.. we preferred buffet than the menu which are high pricing.. veg menu was good wherein non veg was not that fulfilled.. veg buffet costs around 608/- and non veg costs 780/- around.. starters were good and the main course is so dull.. even the desserts were not that great taste.. overall okay okay

Food service and quality are good, however icecream served was of not worth eating. The price of items in menu sheet given is reasonable.

Firstly customer greetings is missing. Order taking staff needs to be quick and responsive to the needs of the customer Not a wide range of food served, what ever was placed was decent enough. I preferred buffet over alakate. Taste is good anyone will like it, as it balanced perfectly. Groud staff needs to be active, plates cups were asked then customers were provided. Atlest someone from the management should see and act before customers act to the situation. Lastly price is very expensive when compared to best of the restaurants and resorts in hyderabad.

I have placed order for take away and it took 45 mints to get my order. I have ordered chicken lolly pop and veg soup. Lolly pop was not taste and price was also high.

The food was good. But the maintenance of the hotel is hopeless. They do not want people to use the restrooms. They refused to provide toilet rolls. Even when ladies are requesting, they did it care. On top of it, they say that the MD of the hotel has asked them to remove the toilet rolls and the stand and asked them not to provide any assistance. Cheapest maintenance I’ve ever seen. The MD seems to have no experience or decency for that matter. Indecent maintenance.

We came for buffet lunch and the worst food ever. Mutton biryani they just added raw turmeric and that’s the only taste we can find in the biryani. We even had food poisoning avoid this place for food at any cost… The service is another worst thing, staff is not courteous at all Overall I could zero star if I can

Chicken biryani tasted good. However some waiters could not speak Telugu and it was very uncomfortable for my parents. Please hire waiters who can speak Telugu. Other waiters who can speak in Telugu started with greeting in hindi. Its sad that hotel is in Vijayawada and they don't want to speak in Telugu.

When I am in Vijayawada I stay at the Kay. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The turn around on the laundry service is quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Orange Coffee Shop has great food. I tried other places in Vijayawada but once I found the Kay I have no need to try any other place.

I took vegetable Fried rice very nice. I also took lemon soda which was charged around 150 which is very un reasonable. buffet tiffins okay. they were reduced the items than earlier.

I feel very happy about this hotel... because..the service that I have received from sreenivas is praise worthy..and excellent..he always welcome the gusts... with lot of happiness....I am fully satisfied..

Given a chance, I would avoid this hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. On first day, the air conditioning stopped worked and we are asked to move to another room at 2 am. The next day the door stopped working. The staff has to break open the room. Such a horrible facilities. Kay hotel might have a brand name in the past. But now it doesn’t have one.

The ambience is quite good. They have a centralised AC but switched off, for reception there is a blower for two receptionists. They give the least importance to the customers even though they have enough space to arrange blowers for customers They take it lightly. We had food in their restaurant (Orange). Food is good but in terms of quantity it is too little versus price. They served unfresh onions on the table being a star hotel they should have served fresh onions. Overall I can rate it below average. Waste of money...

On my recent booking, I found their reception staff to be a bit rude as well as it was totally to my shock on witnessing them asking me for more money of nearly another 1000rs on top of my pre-paid booking, if I had a guest visiting me only for a few minutes as well on which they were discriminating that it would be free of cost is the guest is a guy while they'll charge extra if it would be a girl. Totally didn't expected this from a hotel of such a reputation. Please take care while booking your stay as well with them.
