This a hotel which is centrally located and that's the only positive. Air-conditioning doesn't work in the bedrooms. Me and my family got stuck twice in the elevator and the Manger is useless and good for nothing. Very horrible experience with this hotel. My advice, please avoid taking risk of checking in this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 days n 2 nights for a wedding, the room standards are average and suitable for instant stays. Single, couple and family stay is fine here. Water facility is good along with room maintenance. Bathrooms are spacious enough n I personally liked the suite room here on 3rd floor(301). Staff is responsive and alert all the time. But the main problem we faced here is with the room key. The keys aren't properly protected and updated. There's always a problem with the key, a boy must come and try opening with another bunch of keys which took a lot of time. I haven't tasted food here but tea & coffee is good, I say they must first buy a good crockery. I prefer to stay on 2nd n 3rd floors as rooms on 1st floor aren't so good.

Maintenance is not good. Cockroaches in the rooms. No bucket in the bathroom. Overall not good. Room rate is high. Low standard maintenance. No hangers provided in the cupboards.

Yday 25/09/2023 we landed at Hotel Swarna Heights Vijayawada. 12 rooms were booked with lots expectations. But we are totally disappointed with the Hotel. 1. Police was harrasing regarding parking 2. The Airconditioners were not working. 3. In a day the lift got stuck 3 times. 4. Many Bulbs were fused in the room. I am staying in 203. To conclude I suggest all not to go by looks. Bcos appearances are deceptive.

Rooms are excellent and well maintained..However we haven't taste food over there.. coming to service with out informing us they started repairing and closed the water supply, hence we faced trouble at that time for 1 hour literally.

First time in Vijayawada, I was staying outside in a hotel. Swarna Heights is a decent hotel. But room amenities can be improved. Overall, I felt comfortable during my stay. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We have booked AC room for family visit in Jan. We got the mainroad side room, so the view was good. The location of the hotel is on the main road, easily accessible, decent place for family to stay. The room is spacious with storage space. TV connection with cable service. Cons : The food from the hotel was overpriced but not maintained quantity The washrooms can be much better maintained or modified. It's difficult to catch hold of house keeping staff , they hardly come to clean the room even after calling the reception.

Rooms are clean. Service is also good👍 Location is also in a prime area. Easy to access. Complementary breakfast for 2 persons/room will be given. I suggest to hav it before 8 am. Outside food Is not allowed to take inside. Their own restaurant is available in the ground floor itself, you can order to your room. Access card checkin. No keys will be there. Enough space for the luggage. TV with dish tv access. 24 hours Hot water for bathing. Coming to security every corner is covered with CC tv surveillance 24/7 except in your rooms. Even though they are not responsible for your belongings as usual at all hotels. So, tk cr of your belongings. Stayed here for almost 5 days. I found management and service boys are polite and helpful.

I recently stayed here for a night and had an overall positive experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The rooms and washrooms were kept very clean and maintained high levels of hygiene, which was important to me. The air conditioning in the rooms was also a major plus, and provided relief from the hot weather outside. The rooms themselves were quite spacious and offered plenty of room to move around and relax. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. I booked this through goibibo and NO THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY WHILE CHECKING IN , The check-in process was also very easy and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of travel. However, I did find that the hotel was slightly overpriced compared to other options in the area. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the taps in the washrooms, which seemed to have some trouble regulating the water temperature. Nevertheless, this was a small inconvenience and did not detract from the overall positive experience. Lastly, I have to mention that the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Swarna Heights to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable stay in the area.

Hygiene is ok. Bathroom maintenance could have been better. If you book directly they have 24hours checkin and checkout system unlike 12noon to 11am if you book through online

Not so bad.Bath room fittings are damaged.walls paints also damaged. touching work done but looking awkward. Renovation is needed.otherwise swarna palace name will be disappeared soon

Bed and washrooms are ok. One TV and AC remote for multiple rooms. Room service boys will ring anytime and asks for remote. The worst thing is extra bed they offered for 300 rupees, it is just like road side bed which has big holes in it and it is like sleeping on bedsheet not on bed I asked for one more bed on that and that is also like that only. There are black ants all over the room, if you put something on dustbin you will end up with catching ants in the bed. I did not expect this for 2000 rupees room.
