I was here 2 days back, booked 2 rooms for 2 days through OYO which costed around 3k including discount. We have checked in at evening, as we traveled a lot and exhausted hoping we will have nice stay. As soon as I said I have a booking on my name done through OYO, the manager said they are not accepting any bookings from OYO and started argument stating we keep our hotel in OYO at low prices to attract tourists and during checking in we deliberately not allot any hotel room on that cost. He was insisting us to pay the normal room tariff irrespective of OYO advance payment, he was rude and yelling on people who come through OYO. I definitely NOT recommend this hotel for families or someone who are looking for a pleasant stay. It is completely suitable for un married couple. Hotel staff is not responsive for any kind of room service, no toiletries, no water bottle, no proper maintenance

I have booked this hotel through Agoda for a price of Rs 471/-(Booking ID: 782816713) and got confirmation from the hotel which is 12 hours before check In. Before reaching the hotel I received a call from the hotel asking me to pay an extra Rs. 700/- for Check In. If not you can't check In. Now I m on the road after trusting Agoda and this hotel. The hotel also said you can do whatever you want but we won't give you a room. Worst experience

It was such a bad experience, as I was feeling so embarrassed along with my friend. I was trying to check in and paid the amount as per OYO, but the receptionist said they have a minimum tariff which was 300₹ more that what was charged by OYO. I was told to pay the extra amount or find other property and it was very difficult for me as I was not traveling solo at the same time it was embarrassing.

Dont book room in this hotel room ever.. Hotel people asking extra 1200Rs apart from online booking (goibibo & oyo) n very much cheating behavior , Not at all helpful. Waste of time withthis hotel people.. even Location is very far from vijayawada railways station.. Worst hotel

The room is very messy. There was water inside the room after small rain. The wick of the Mosquito repellent was broken and all the time we were thinking it's working. Do not recommend this even for 1 day stay

In the online they told early check in is there without any extra amount but after reaching the hotel they have take 50 % extra amount . Rooms are sticky and worst smell is coming , no windows were opened which are permanently closed

Worst working staff, ac didn't work, bed and pillow covers unchanged, no drinking water, no proper car parking space, stinky rooms, mosquitoes killer not avalable. Torn bed sheets No proper room service, only 1 person serving. Lift gets stuck very often Not going to do business with this again

Worst hotel....... Very very interior, most interior ..not useful for routine work...face lot of problems for food....for away Booking amount is different..but lodge people are asking extra payment again double charges, be careful.... Don't book such type of hotel

Room was booked on Oyo platform and was said to go to the reception but when I reached the hotel,the room boy did not respond properly at night and kept on sleeping and said no room is empty which caused me trouble at midnight in a new place and had to go on search for some other accomodation

I stayed at this property for a day and it was really comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotelier was cordial. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and residential area.

Hotel Manager denied to allot accomodation as per booked rates. spoke with Sushanth at customer support who was even worse to talk to. I had good experience during my last stay in Hyderabad but its worse in Vijayawada.

It's a basic expectations from a customer that he will be given water bottles at least, no ammenities except a soap piece. Even there is no dupatta provided. Food wont be served here, place is okay, used bed sheets, they look like used only not even washed,, bathroom is for name sake only, view is okay. Receptionist is a humble guy.

I have been to many hotels but i am damn sure i have not been to such a worst hotel if u are visiting with family i would not recommend this hotel .. no service .. there is no proper laundry of bedsheets they seem like have not washed since months .. my bed was full of hair . Very very poor maintenance ⚠️AVOID THIS HOTEL

Average room with AC & tv. Need to improve hygiene. Bathroom was not clean 😁. Service was okkk.
