I had visited on 24/12/2021 Mainly the staffs behaviour is very rude And when I had booked rooms thru agoda and charges was Rs,1246/-but they demanded extra Rs.600 for 2rooms and they took from us also because it was midnight 12.25am so we also paid ,my request is that please don’t visit with family especially single ladies they are very greedy people they are behind money, they don’t have humanity even have not put foot mat in front of bath room..especially the person by name called mr.Bobby he gives instructions to the staff to collect extra money. Agoda charged us 1246/- for 2 rooms but they charged Rs.1860/- so I request people not to visit this hotel.

Please don't visit this cheap hotel, it's not a family stay hotel hope you find a good one . And moreover this place was very trash to stay with

Not recommended to stay in this place. This is the worst hotel in Vijayawada. Rooms aren't clean. Washrooms are not maintained properly. Staff behaviour is worst. They don't listen to the customer's problems. We can get better hotels near by instead of going to this.

The hotel staff was very arrogant, agressive and rude while talking to the customer. Not giving any respect at all even for the name sake. Staffs are knocking the door every few minutes without any reason. Rooms are okay but the entire floor smells cigarette smoking. I'm giving one star only for the staff behaviour.

It's an okay stay. Room did not have any ventilation. Rooms are spacious but weren't maintained well. The pillow was like a rock very uncomfortable. Bedsheets and blankets were torn and dirty. Sofa was also very dirty with so much of stain. Bathroom was very very bad, the door doesn't easily close. The bucket was broken and leaking. The whole night I heard this sound from the lift "please close the door". Overall the property is very old and the maintenance is bad. I booked through Makemytrip so check in was also not smooth. People in the reception asked me to pay even though it was already paid online. I had to argue for sometime to get the keys.

I visited this hotel on 23/12/2021 around 12 am at night I had booked this room from agoda when booking was confirmed I called hotel sunrise and informed to make the room sanitised and my booking is confirmed so the person in the reception told k then started to ask about the payment when I said I will pay by card or upi he was not able to accept bcoz they don’t use swiping machine they only accept cash which is not fare in this digital society and if you visit in midnight they make it as the cache point to squeeze double the amount from the clients this is for online booking clients they waste our time in arguing owner of the hotel is very money minded person and there check in from 12 pm to 12 pm kindly don’t visit this property to waste your time after paying the money demanded by them

Very dirty fellow is maintaining this hotel,he is just thinking about money not about customers safety,as i stayed there 2 days i complaint to change room because very bad smell is coming from inside he said i will change with in halfanhour,after that he again said upto this evng i will and again nxt he said i will after the working boys arrived like postponed two days and not even changed room also,he is not provided even drinking water also for mee....

Don't book through online They don't accept Amount is going to be wasted if you book online and very bad rooms and service
