The rooms are spacious and good. I stayed for two days and the room service is also good. The pictures are for real. The room exactly looks like this and just the kettle, dental kit, and the coffee kit is missing. Except for that it's a good one to stay at an affordable price

Pros: In the centre of the city. AC works fine. Hot water available. Good service. Cons: No ventilation. Pillows, towels and blankets are too old and not cleaned properly.

Booked Twin rooms for 13 adults thru Goibibo, but after reaching hotel they are providing extra mattresses ! When questioned they blamed GOibibo for giving wrong information. Finally we end up paying more money for the extra room. Bathrooms stinking, NO Parking, A/C's dont work, or stop after couple of hours - Worst experience we ever had !

Untidy hotel, worst experience ever. Everyday in the morning you will have to see a drama for hot water. Plumber disturbs you every now and then. They will not provide dental kit. Stinking smell in rooms Wet walls Dusty fans and beds Unserviced Ac with huge noise and dust Broken door locks No paking area Hell lot of mosquitoes Very poor maintenance by the management. If you make a call to the reception from your room. They will ask you to come down and talk Trust me you won't like touching the landline there bcoz of dust on it. Kindly look at the images i have shared, you will never dare to visit this hotel again for a stay.

Everything is good. But has hot water facility should be improved. Night time anyone should be on alert to customer service. Food timings need to be extended. Remaining everything is good.

I gave 1 star for formality otherwise they don’t deserve to be called a hotel and that too three star. It’s a pathetic, unhygienic and shabby lodge where max charges authentically must be not more than 250rs. Please spare your happiness if you wish to stay here

A/c not working, Hot water service not available and WiFi connectivity problem. Room service also was not good, reception people never to phone call.

The room allocated AC did not work & furniture in the room was broken. Not a good experience. After changing the room for the third time we got a room that was ok

It is an excellent place to be considered for lone travellers who believe in budget travel and secured travel. I in fact conducted a corporate event. Satish and staff worked beyond the call of duty and assisted me in executing the event. .you may safely count on Hotel Kosaka if you are looking for a budget stay. Food also was good.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Vijayawada. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

One simple advice, don’t get deceived by the pics you see on the net. Use caution 😃. While Hotel Kosala looked fabulous online, in reality, it’s just an average place, far from what you see online. They offered bargain price, including free breakfast. But many things could have been better, much better. I feel all it needs is some serious facelift and some refurbishment. Staff are friendly. Location is almost good (until you reach the entrance gulley). However, overall cleanliness should improve by many folds. They have some 30+ rooms and 4 function halls, all served by a single lift, another bottleneck. Free Wi-Fi is available but signal strength is so poor. In conclusion, many things could have been better, with little more effort. Would like to see the facelift soon.

Good place to stay good customer service nice hospitality food is not up to the mark smiling front desk. No problem in staying in the hotel hotel rooms are big comfortable clean neet and tidy. Room service it be improved.

Hotel management's service and staff boys are very jovial. Manager is too friendly and down to earth. Overall food is yummy during breakfast & lunch & dinner. People who rated less star in reviews they might not tasted for like us. We stayed with our 1 year kid management took extra care in form of food and other needs earlier.

While booking room shows to us was spacious but room provided was very small and dirty, actually it was modified from original bathroom. As we reached there before check in time they charged rs.150/per hour from us.they have no parking place as hotel is situated in small lane but then also they forced तो park the vehicle in that lane, hence while check out it is very difficult to remove the vehicle. Stayed there on 5th august 22 but experience is very bad.

Automatic 24 hours reservation and further extension are there. As you have presence in leading tourism websites of India , you can improve your such services.

Very low quality rooms,although it is right at the market area, the hotel is shabby and poorly maintained. The staff at the reception is unmindful of what is going on. Poor restaurant facilities and it is low budget low quality place. Not worth the money if you are paying anything more than 1000 per night for this place.

Worst service. I think the owner was not there. Worst response from them. We were the only customers on that day at 2'o clk which is a peak time on a holiday. Over all not at all good. We visited on 25th morning. There is only one service girl who was too busy with nothing, since there were no other customers. We ordered starters and biryani and waited for 20mins. And got very cold veg starter which is very less quantity. They brought biryanis which is more cooler than the starter. We cancelled the order and paid for the starter.

We took chicken dum biryani and veg thali. Veg thali is too good as per price. Chicken sum biryanibis worst menu says Rs. 200 and bill says Rs.280/- when asked saying menubis not updated and that to biryani is not good rice and bones....

Worst in everything. Worst service, worst staff, worst taste. Very less quantity. Went for lunch. Just had a starter and returned
