One of the Worst Hotels of my life time. I stayed in Vijayawada for 2 days. The only plac I felt uncomfortable is this hotel. It started with the check in process. I booked through Oyo. Even after the payment done online, I eneded paying at the reception again sighting problem with Oyo and hotel arrangements. Hotel staff are good. But the way they were told to work is very bad. If we order something, they just take an hour to ring the calling bell only to ask money to bring what u asked. Instead they can ask for depositing some money for any further help. The parking near this hotel is even worse. There is coffee hotel below the hotel. Everyone else stop their bikes and block the way to the parking area. If you really a guy who care about ur vehicle safety and wanted to park it in a safe place, then this hotel is not for you. Hotel rooms look good in pictures. But it wont give you a good experience. It has neither good sorroundings. I didnt even wanted to slide the window curtains. I will never recommend and never go again to this hotel.

Room is good but they collected 500 rs extra for check in by 5am. It's not fair because Oyo app did not provide any option select check in time then how can customer select checkIn time.. I think it should be improved.

I did my booking through online, but while I reach there, they denied my accommodation and said there are no rooms at the cost, which you have booked. Rude behavior and insulting customers.

I booked two rooms for two days. Both rooms had plumbing problem from the day one. When complained the hotel staff unsuccessfully tried to solve. Second day they allotted new rooms. Staff are good and tried to help the guest.

Though it's a noisy location and movement of vehicles/ambulances being near by Rly station and Hospital, it's a well maintained and clean accommodation. The receptionist and management are very courtesious and obliging. Their attached restaurant serves better at moderate price and quality.

Hotel is very near to Railway Station, Reception is great. They are always eager to service. But, slot booking from oyo in the morning is not that good as its early in the morning the linen is not provided and the mattress is dirty, but once you ask for that they arrange swiftly... But normal booking rooms are excellent and happy to stay in this hotel again.

Rooms are good. Standard issue in oyo hotels is not recharging dth service, it should be taken care by the oyo management. Break fast is ok. Reception staff are very polite. Overall good stay.

The rooms were extremely dirty as if they were not cleaned for days. The hotel staff was very unfriendly except Shiva who at least heard my concern and tried helping me out, when asked for room change they behaved rude. No towels in the room, pillow covers had lipstick stains. Hairs all around the room. The wash room was not cleaned waters and dirt everywhere.
