Nice Hotel Neat clean & hygiene

The staff behaviour is very bad. I called so many times and after that they received the call and I asked them whether their hotel is pet friendly and pets are allowed, they told yes its allowed. But when we reached the hotel they are saying we will not allow the pet, the duty of the receptionist has changed now. Does changing the duty changes the rules of the hotel. Don't opt for this hotel ever. They will lie just to trouble customers. They have shown everywhere that pets are allowed but it's not true. Very bad experience

Reckless staff...so many times ask for any need the reception staff simply saying we send boy you go .....but not attend the need ...tv was not work properly....when we can reception they did not attend the call also....we didnot recommend for family....worst experience
