It located inside in the streets, not easy to go, the above picture of Google map is not the real one, it is located in clumsy area, rooms are small and the prices are too high, but staff behavior is very good , they are receiving in good manner the major problems are location and heavy costs.

Worst experience. Had breakfast , it was fine . But then had coffee and they just over boiled the milk and it got burnt and wasn't tasting good at all. Somebody shud share this feedback , otherwise the chef's will take this for granted. So sharing. Make sure somebody is attending the cooking section all the time. Plz. Thanks

Also, this place is budget friendly so you won't find it hard on your pocket to visit it with your friends. It's located on the first floor of Minerva, one town.

Great food variety in South Indian and chats. Very hygienic place. Spacious and well maintained rooms and service. Centrally located for all businesses. Value for money!

The room n wash room are good, but towels blankets and bedsheets are worse, couldn't sleep the night we stayed, felt allergy n woke up in half an hour from the time we slept. Didn't clean the room on mentioning as we went out.

The roomas are clean and tidy. Service is also good. Location is a bit inside but you find many options of food outside.

There is no parking for car and if u stay in this hotel will ask when ever u seen security he will always ask when u will leave even u having breakfast No shower and delay response from restaurant team in morning Someone wrote it’s great view there is no proper ventilation and misquotes coming to room. The stay was at Minerva one town...not at main minerva..rooms are spacious but there were cockroaches and mosquitoes in room. Room never served what asked...we had go down rto restaurant to get what we wanted after waiting for an hour. If you don't have any other option consider this hotel

I've been staying in this hotel since 2018, never faced any problem, the rooms were well maintained, the service was good and overall experience was very satisfactory and it's close to my customers. But now, since my last 2-3 visits, it seems the management has lost interest in the hotel. Starting with the room, the bed sheets and pillows are used, the towels are not in good condition, the phone is not working and there is a overall lack of cleanliness. I check-in early in the morning so do not take chances with the room availability, called them for booking at least 5 times but no one picked up, I complained at the reception about this but the receptionist casually told me that he was about pickup but the phone stopped ringing! They don't even bother to call you back even after getting 5 calls! A no nonsense boutique hotel is deteriorating so fast. I generally don't post reviews but was forced to do so. I'm giving 3 Stars based on my past good experiences, otherwise, at present, its not more than 2. I request the management to take this seriously and take all necessary actions.

It is in busy area and is a very small hotel. It is not at all a good option for group. Very noisy and food quality is also not upto the mark.

Very closely located to kanakadurga temple. From some of the rooms, one can see the temple shrine. Food in the hotel really very very good and very tasty. Courteous serving. The entry security Saleem is very kind hearted and assists you in everything. Room service Lakshman is very cool, composed and good. . Reception Bhanu Prasad and Ravi are helping natured. Only difficulty is that taxis cannot commute freely in this street. Therefore auto rickshaw is the best option under very cheap rates. Overall good stay for individuals and families.

Rooms are so luxurious and there was a banquet hall on the first floor sufficient for around 200 people.

Nice stay and standards are maintained. We felt good for our decision to stay at Minerva Onetown. Online booking will be 12-12 check in checkout. If you call and book, it would be 24hrs. But the cost may vary. Choose your need. Good hotels available near by for food. I did not taste food at this location.

I personally like this hotel because every time I go there my daughter gets a small bed, so that we can enjoy our meal without holding her. Also the food is tasty. This is the only veg hotel with good facilities in our area. We used to go far to eat in Minerva, but now they have opened a new branch in our area. Happy to go there 😊

Location is a bit disadvantage for his hotel as there is no proper parking, but the hotel service and ambience is really very good.

I would like to tell you that of course the rooms are ok but they don't offer breakfast and for all the toiletries you have to request for and even after request you won't get them. Coming to a part of Lunch or dinner you should probably be fast enough or you have to be on an empty stomach.

Ambience is good but not that to high. Food quality is moderate. Some dishes comes with lot of salt. Nowadays people are health conscious. Menu list is small. Good for the one town people.
