First of hotel is not that great only rooms are big but not super clean and towels are very old.... Very few items in breakfast and unprofessional staffs don't know how to behave with guests

The ambience of the hotel is fantastic. The staff serving is good. Top of all these the food tastes great. While travelling the residency is a eye catchy one from the road. Based on the location the prices are a bit expensive. But its reasonable for such a tasty food. The residency does provide take away as well. Families cannot afford for a regular visits, weekend visits once in three months is OK. I ordered and lots of food items both Non vegetarian and vegetarian. Both tastes great. Parking is also available. I think they do server for outside people apart from takeaways. Travellers can also stay in the residency. I haven't stayed there so I can't comment on the room maintenance and services etc. Please ask questions related to food and services at restaurant. Thank you

Not at all suitable for family stay.. cigarette smell all over the place. Requested for good rooms for family but alloted room with cigarette smell not even cleaned properly and no room freshener. The only good this location which is good for conveyance.

Horrible service. No respect / courtesy for guests. Restaurant staff cheats customers and charge customers for complimentary breakfast also.

I should have given 3 stars if the receptionist stopped playing his PUBG game while doing our check in on 7th Aug at around 5pm. Booked superior double room which is a decent size room. Bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable to sleep. I expected better pillows than the present ones. Breakfast is included in the room tarrif and breakfast is OK. Staff are courteous and helpful.

A GOOD HOTEL IN TADEPALLI, Guntur district, AP, INDIA. MEALS & TIFFINS ARE DELICIOUS but oil is more in food items. Service is not satisfactory. Due to locational advantage in the Service road of NH 16, you need to visit it. VS RAO.
