This is the worst hotel I have stayed, they claim that it is the luxury hotel but we have to deal with cockroaches and Lizards in the hotel. After shouting at them, they gave one more room but it was small one. They also claimed that they have free wifi, when we called them they said we can not get on fourth floor. They have also not provided the towels and soap, after we called them, they have given it to us. I suggest to avoid this hotel. good things are Ac is working really good and the person who is working Subbarao took good care of us.

I have learnt a lesson not to trust fab hotels or their executives words anymore. Worst experience in hotel and online application. Landed up paying one day extra for stay and additional payment for their transactional issue. Executive will say please contact us before making the payment. Don't trust them !!! Beware of these online frauds Hotel toilet was not clean, when asked they ignore, no service assistant to take luggage during checkout. Worst part is even auto rickshaw wala told me don't stay here while dropping me.

Bad Hotel, I was not given wifi because they said I am in fourth floor, we spent our night with cockroaches and lizards in the room. No restaurant on side, we need to order food from the boy and he will get it from near by hotel, soap and towel are provided up on request,no shampoo or conditioner provided even after call they told us to buy from store.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my hotel booking through the Fab Hotels app. Despite booking in advance, when I arrived at the hotel around midnight, I was informed that my online booking was not accepted. To make matters worse, they insisted I pay double the amount for the same reservation through offline booking. The staff members who attended to us were exceptionally rude. This encounter was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Good Hotel. Tariff is also ok. Three catogories of Room available. I booked Normal one which is also good. CAR parking is also available. I booked single room with Rs.1000 which cost was Ra.1200. (AC) And restaurant is not available in this hotel but you can order over phone to the nearest hotel (Menu is available in each room to order) which was very good. (Delivery time 15-20Min). Booked 2 rooms for family on 21 nov 2022. After reachingnthere said no rooms call fab for help. When I did a prior booking for the room, they didn't even bother to tell me before reaching the hotel. After reaching said no room. Not recommended for prior booking at all.

Hotel stay and the rates are quite good from the fab hotel tie up but the service and the ambience of the staff are not satisfactory.

Rooms are ok but the behaviour of the receptionist is worst. V r from other state. He not even ready to convey the things politely. Very bad experience.

Very bad service even after booking from Fab. They demanded full payment during check in and also not allowed to to keep our luggage for 1 hr after check out

Worst hotel in AP no hygiene rooms no proper service atleast dint got mng tea n there is no facility of soap brush n toothpaste I recommend not to stay in that hotel

We booked room online on goibibo which costed us Rs. 1620/- for two people for one night check-in time 12:00 noon to next day 11:00 am. The room size is small for two people they will provide one water bottle, two medimix soaps and two towels for two persons. Chairs were not available, AC wasn't working properly hot water was also not available. It's only an average stay and not satisfied with their services. It's like greater than lodge and below hotel stay experience.

Rooms are very small and expensive. In site it is showing Breakfast included but no such facility. We have stayed 3 days they have provided with only 1 water bottle for 3 days.we have not satisfied with the fabhotel spark inn. Totally disappointed with service and quality of rooms.

What a stay fabulous rooms and good service also they are serve after 12am also.

I had stayed twice on Fab group of hotels, once in Bhopal and now in Vijayawada....and my experience is not at all good..location is not good, rooms are not ok... The flush not working, bed sheets seems very old one and dirty ....we need to call atleast 4-5 times for any type of service ...no restaurant...no complimentary water....not even small bottle .... Now decided that I will never ever book any Fabhotels

Nice room clean, Hotwater availability can stay for business trips near by Vijaywada junction. Friendly reception person & Room services person. Restaurant not available in this hotel but plenty of street food and restaurant outside the hotel.

For one day they are charging 2000 for an average maintained rooms. It is a bit costlier for that rooms.

Pretty good experience. The hotel staff were very nice and helped coordinate our ride to the bus stop after a one night stay.

Room size is enough with bed, sofa and centre table inside. TV is available but channels are very limited so of no use. Wi-Fi is working fine for room. Hot water not there in bath. Overall from location point of view it's good choice.

Worst hotel I have ever visited, I booked a room from the app Fab hotels and paid money in the app only after going to the hotel in the night 11:30pm the staff are saying that there is no rooms you should talk to customer care and they are very rude

Food quality and taste is good and cleanliness environment .. maintaining good atmosphere .. totally nice ... I can suggest it as a good family restaurant

No spark. Not fab. Not luxurious at all. Cheap lodges are better than this. Rudest manager. Irresponsible staff. Deserves negative rating. Rooms are congested.

Decent stay for family but there is no food available in this hotel they get it from outside.

Good and neatly maintained. Prices are bit higher. Can't expect too hot water in bathrooms. All rooms have AC, TV and furniture. They'll ask you to check out an hour before if there are any bookings after you. It has less parking area. Elevator is available. Wifi is also available. Land line is available to contact reception.

Daily room cleaning is not taking place. Though room rent includes breakfast, it's not provided to me. Air conditioning is not effective. Hot water facility is horrible.
