And we tried give feedback to manager who so ever holding that franchise he was not in restaurant and same happened with chef. He was not there in restaurant. The worst excuse i never heard in my life was ' chef was not there in restaurant so commis made this chicken peices without any experience as they are new to cooking department.

The infrastructure of the restaurant is pretty good, the maintenance is not so good, the staff is good but the management is not satisfying the customer requirements. When it comes to food, staters are very tasty 😋, the jumbo pack mandi is good at look's but not very tasty need to improve the biriyani taste, quality need to be improved, the chicken pieces are not boiled properly, the quantity is good but have to improve the taste & quality, some customers like spicy 🥵, but here they can't get it. The rates are favorable, overall it's a good place to dine in with family & friends.

Every arabic Mandi has its own taste likewise GIMAT also. Quality and quantity provided are good. Milanese quality was reduced when compared previous visits. In my recent visit I observed that price was also hiked. Everything is good in maintenance and parking and all. It's spacious for birthday parties and all that kinds. Apart from these in my five visits we never tried a thick milk shakes or ice creams and all that stuff. During our visits that person who prepares absent and all that reasons only. But I came to know from friends that thick shakes and ice creams were good; But I don't about taste and quantity so I am not mentioning. We ordered chicken mandi medium sufficient for three people. Milanese have very good taste in Gismat. You can enjoy Arabic variety having good taste in Gismat. Frankly I never tried mutton or fish Mandi so I'm not mentioning about them. We can order extra pieces of chicken, fish, etc. By the way veg is also available I forgot to mention anout it. We tried steak fish in starter its good have a try.

Funny place if you want to spend some private time you can choose this place which is having huge curtains which won’t allow your visibility for others. I have asked the waiter not to close the curtains as felt suffocating and doesn’t feel like I am here to have food and here he said sir you are the first person asked me to remain the curtains opened.🤦‍♂️And coming to the food it felt like I was eating some kind of different biryani, it doesn’t felt like I am having mandi. Quantity and quality is not up to the mark. Please guys please my humble request try to improve the quality.

Lip smacking food. This place will be definitely loved by non vegetarians. Great ambiance. It has a theme of prison. You'll always see people coming in and going, doesn't mean you'll have to wait for long but atleast 5-10 minutes which is okay. Definitely a yes from me to visit this place once again.

The taste is not at all good. They gave Mandi without fried onions and cashews. Rice is also cold. When I was asked for fried onions they gave unfried cashews. While eating chicken bad smell is coming. Hyderabad gismat is good but don't go to guntur gisma. Barkaas is the best choice. Don't waste your money and time on the gismat mandi.

Was so hungry and couldn't take pictures.... Coming to the point, heard a lot about this place and went to dine in,had ordered juicy chicken mandi. Taste was ok ok but the chicken pieces they gave are very bad, literally not muscle and felt so awkward to evn touch and peel from that peice.. then we had to order 2 fry piece which were much betr that the earlier things.. this is the onky reason I'm giving the 2nd star, else I would rate 1.

If you are visiting for the first time, try 'Juicy chicken mandi' or 'juicy mutton mandi'. The gravy tastes so good!! I really wish they increase the quantity as we didn't get enough last time. This is the main branch in Guntur. A good place to go out with your friends to have a mandi (served in 1 plate for 3 people- medium plate) and you will love to hang out for 1-2 hrs and may be for longer than that if you are foodies who would want to have more food. Food was cold both Starters and Mandi. The starters came with Mandi were tasteless. Unsure why they do chef’s option instead of asking customer, highly disappointed. Chicken in Mandi was dry and hard. Quantity was less. Quality doesn’t meet a authentic Mandi dish, tastes like some masala rice made on street side. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have tried in all the restaurants providing MANDI and until now since 1 year GISMAT has been maintaining consistent quality and tatse over the time span. Cost is very AFFORDABLE for two persons its around Rs. 430 including taxes, for 3 people around Rs. 650 or so (contact restaurant or lookup in google for exact prices). Definitely worth trying and i can ASSURE you will love it, for me it's once in month meal.
