I felt the service is very bad.. Reason: The cake which i order is 1 KG and I paid the bill also. I went to take my ordered cake when i asked him he told me that the cake was given to some other person without intimating to me and when i ask him about it he answering very rudely and arrogant and scoled me as "u remember the person to whom u paid the bill". Finally he give 1/2kg cake. check the attachment.

Its really 7th Heaven for me. Tasted best of vegetation and experience with different flavors cakes and dishes .Had a best time with my friends, Its a beautiful view inside and service is too good and helpful .Eagerly waiting to celebrate my birthday soon..... Have a nice day... :)

Location: Near PB Siddhartha College on 5route. Pros: Prime locality Cons:No Live Making which is famous for. Need for further improvement in ambience. No proper parking facility.

Worst service ever.orderd cake for my brothers wedding the cake delivery was not good and the cake model also not what we asked for.very high prices .1 st pic is what I got and second pic is what I ordered. The base part of the cake broke down in 10 min.

I think all 5star reviews r fake, today morning I went to order a 2kg rainbow cake, went in and asked for it he said "not available" (one word answer) then I asked for his catalogue, while going through it I came across rainbow cake pic again I asked that it is in your catalogue I need this rainbow cake, then again he gave same one word answer, this time I pointed towards pic in catalogue and asked again but still same reply with dead man's pale face. Then I realised I may be in 7th HEAVEN I felt like HELL there. I bet 7th heaven can't make 80% of cakes as shown in their catalogue and the remaining 20% cakes they can't make as it is shown in the pic, coz catalogue book is purchased. I see u reply only to 5star reviews 7th heaven, u can reply me too.

Horrible service and worst behaviour of staff, I ordered cake through zomato they sent sandwich. And replied very rudely you can cancel your request and you will get money in 7days.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and cakes and desserts here. Service is very fast and they can prepare the cake for any occasions or events within 30 to 45 minutes. Prices are economical and reasonable. The staff is very friendly.

Pastries are good but Sandwiches are not up to the mark.

Very very bad cake, disgusting, they never prepare what we say , more money and output z really very very bad! I never suggest this for anything. All the happiness went away seeing the cake! It became a flop
