Awesome site during monsoon and in morning 8 o'clock time.

Many species of birds can be found out if your are keen about it. Many monkeys are also found playing around . You can walk through the area hearing the chirpings

Great experience...been for an outing with my buddy's and it turned out to be one of the newest experience. We can buy ticket at the entry point (rs.10 each) and explore inside. Note: footwear necessary to explore deep inside site. We've been through it for about a KM and there is even more to explore (total of 12kms per the security guard say)

You can hear a lot of birds chirping but couldn't locate any interesting ones.. But forest atmosphere is great.. You can feel the air difference... It's like an envelope of fresh air around us with a green view of very old and big trees.... Place is well maintained with CC cams and sign boards by govt... Safe and satisfying trekking place... Please visit grass lands till the end... It's a lil far but a good view point...

Beautiful Place With Green Lusture

Love this Place.

We went there early in the mrng, you can walk from Sri Antha Padma Swami Temple, it's about a kilometer from the temple, We didn't venture into the depths but heard so many birds chirping around us. It's an ideal place to spot birds if you have patience and time. We spotted Parakeets, coppersmith barbet, purple sunbird, woodpecker, peacocks, nightjar, Ashy wood Sparrow and many more. Just be careful with monkeys

can spend a day in the forest with lone environment and nice location for birding...

Couldn't spot any interesting bird or animal but the forest is pretty dense and is great for an excursion. People who enjoy driving will love travelling to this place as Hyderabad does not have many interesting places on its outskirts.

A very good place for birding. Spotted paradise flycatcher, coppersmith barbet, rufous treepie and many more. Please keep the area clean when you visit, people have littered all over the place. It's really sad to look at such a beautiful place in a trashed state.

A true paradise for birders and bird photographers. Start early if you are traveling from Hyderabad. There are some shops near the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple where you can get something to eat and drink.

take the stairs/road just beside the temple, and you will enter a forest area. This forest area is quite huge! You can walk thru the forest as long as you want. Visit only during daylight.
